Hi, and thank you for taking the time to read this message!
For creative, personal and work-related reasons, your resident ethereal, sparkling and chonky aesthete is relocating from Chicago to New Orleans this summer! A cross-country move is expensive, so myļæ¼ goal with this gofundme is to cover the costs to transport my belongings, as well as have a head start on the rent for my housing as I transition and begin to work.
Donations via via gofundme, as well as via Venmo (@iridessence), cashapp ($iridessence) or PayPal are welcome.ļæ¼
Thank you for considering and/or sharing!
my room perpetually smells like coffee now
There is something so comforting, so soothing about a mug of hot chocolate. No matter how old I am, I think chocolat chaud will always have the ability to take me back to special times, when all of the world's problems seemed to melt away by consuming one simple beverage.

Donna Tartt developed some of the most stoic, serious, and selfish characters Iāve ever seen. The way she made every character in the Greek Class horribly unemotional for one another, really adds to the terror of the book.
That is one reason I wish she wouldāve been able to keep the initial title of the book: The God of Illusions. Because that is the backbone of this group; itās all just an illusion of friendship, an illusion that they care. They donāt care for one another, none of them are overly concerned about anyone but themselves. They are all extremely solitary people that came together for the look of being able to have friends, rather than for the want of friendship.
If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music.

51. What question could you ask to find out the most about a person?
My answer (fairās fair) is a well- timed āhow are you?ā I find if you ask at a moment theyāre concentrating on something else, or otherwise demonstrate genuine interest or even curiosity, most people (yes, even us English) will give an honest answer, sometimes more honest than they mean to.
Oohh, what an interesting question! I feel like I would also ask "how are you doing?" But or me, I would ask "What do you want to do?" Sometimes, they'll answer what they want to do in the present moment like grabbing a coffee, or they'll dive into a monologue about what they want for their future or dream job/education. I think it reveals more about the person whether they answer in "present" or "future" terms. You get to know how they feel or where they want to be right now or you understand what they really want for themselves in the long term.

i found a few collins classics in the bookstore and i really wanted to buy Charles Darwin's On the Origin of Species but i decided to save it for another time it was also hardbound and therefore very expensive huhu.
penguin classics are unfortunately far out of my budget but collins classics are a great replacement for them because they're way cheaper :> i'm going to be super busy reading all of them during christmas break.
while at the bookstore, there were two girls beside me that were talking about the classics in the bookshelf in front of us. it's really nice to see that more people are appreciating classic literature, especially in our country where it's not really popular and well-known, not like other western countries.
anyways, here are the books i bought from the bookstore. hopefully, my relatives leave me alone while i'm reading :>
going out today to get some classics from the bookstore. i would usually spend my weekends doing backlogs but i wanted to reward myself for getting really good grades last quarter :>
