A WHAT relationship with a WHAT!?

Space Force being the most unsettling of the Branches is actually my favorite thing, like everyone assumes the scariest of the Branches would be Marine Corp just because of the reputation and granted he is a big guy that could easily crush you.

While Space looks 19 max, is like 5'2 maybe 5'3 in her boots, generally so tiny she's got Air Force & Army googling "can you give adults pediasure", always has her hair in pigtail braids, and keeps fruit snacks in her pockets.

All that put together has people looking at her and going "oh she looks sweet :)" and going over to have a conversation that starts with making eye contact and getting a shiver up your spine because you look into her eyes and see the vast abyss of Space where no one can hear you scream, and then she says 7 unsettling things in a row (including very possibly when and how you'll die). most people assume this is some sort of psychological warfare she's trying out. its not. she's just like that. Airy is the only one unbothered by it.

May we please have some NY hc’s? 👁️👁️

I am so sorry for this being literal DAYS late, things happen but I still feel bad, anyway I shall deliver as it is better late than never!!

Doesn’t like planes (feel like it obvious why)

Can figure skate, likes to do so for 30 minutes as a warm up before hockey

He has a lot of scars, pretty much all on his chest and arms though he does have a good few on his legs

Met Delaware when he visited Netherlands home for the first time, he continued to visit every weekend until Netherland had to leave

Actually likes Netherland, way better than England that’s for sure

He found out that there was a another New state when he found New Mexico going through his kitchen, he still doesn’t have a single idea how NM had gotten there and neither does NM

Friendship bracelets, specifically Loom (the rubber bands)

He has some problems with his own humanity because while yes he is a state personification, he also had parents and has grandparents, something that pretty much every state except for a few have,  swimming in the Hudson didn’t help at all seeing as now he’s all sorts of something

While he and Jersey seem attached at the hip, they actually don’t spend nearly as much time together as the other states thing, yeah they are slightly attached at the hip but they will go weeks without a single hello at times

Hates change, he went through so much of it as a child that he can’t stand it now

He can’t really drive, like he has his license but is terrified to use it in his own state, he prefers public transport in the city rather than driving and always lets Jersey drive whenever they are in a car

He doesn’t like fireworks, they are pretty much way to loud for him to be okay

So I'm writing the next chap of the fic right, and I'm Gonna Kill Santa Claus just came on and like, let's just be honest, Percy and Penelope have to stop Marcus and Audrey from trying to kill old Saint Nicolas.

Like those two come up with a whole ass plan, they drag Oliver into it for logistics and then he always snitches to Percy and then him and Penelope have to try and stop them before Christmas.

I donno I feel like this would happen, Marcus and Audrey defiantly feel chaotic enough to do that, at least with how I imagine them.

Hiii, I am so sorry that this is so late, I really wanted to answer it earlier but I had to sleep to go skating and then I couldn't really think of headcanons for the ships that I think are cute.

BUT I do sorta have ships, like ColoVada is really cute and I can get behind it, same with CaliYork, it's real cute and I will read stuff for it. I also like JerseyVada mainly because of the casino/gambling rivalry that existed back in the day.

Unfortunately I don't really have any headcanons which was the main reason this took so long like I said, I didn't want this ask to just float in the void for a long time. So really sorry :/

(PS: I actually have done headcanons for ColoVada, this also has CaliFlo headcanons as well :D)

I have done it once again folk, I have finished a drawing on time. However that may be because I have actually drawn her before, haven't posted the drawing on here before but who knows, I might now? (also I was watching Docm77 in the beginning and NCIS for the rest this time)

But uhm- yes here’s some NJ angst for ya >:D

New Jersey and New York were currently participating in one of their favorite activities to do together. Play fighting! The two have them have always loved play fighting with each other no matter where they were. It was a good way to get out the loads of energy that the two of them had stored up 24/7, and it was quite enjoyable for both.

NJ grunted a little bit as he was headbutted in the chest by NY, who was previously being held in a chokehold. He didn’t let go though, despite NY’s cat-like biting and scratching. He was basically immune to it at this point, being NY’s token scratching post (this is a half joke). The Garden State put in little to no effort when fighting NY, seeing as he was significantly stronger than the latter. That didn’t make the playfighting any less fun though!

That was, until….

New Jersey completely forgot that this was just a play fight, and he threw New York over the couch when he saw the opportunity. See, this would’ve been okay-ish, if NY got up right after. And it would’ve been okay-ish if Jersey didn’t hear a loud whimper along with a thud. Ahhh hell.

He stood there for a minute catching his breath, as well as getting more and more concerned and afraid when his little brother didn’t get up immediately. And he started panicking after hearing the loud whimper. Oh god. Did he actually hurt New York?? What if he did??? Oh god- did NY hate him now???? Was he scared of him maybe???? Either one would be just as bad…. What would the others say if they found out that he hurt a fellow state???? Much more that he hurt his own little brother????? Surely they would hate him….

New Jersey had been so lost in his thoughts that he hadn’t noticed New York calling his name until he felt a gentle bap to the face. He snapped out of it and looked at whoever had just slapped him. New York stood there, with a mildly concerned look on his face. New York stood there. He was okay. Okay. Good. New Jersey would’ve never forgiven himself if he actually hurt his little brother.

"….Jers? Ya good?? We lost ya there for a second." New York said, playfully punching NJ in the shoulder.

"Huh? Oh- yeah- I’m. Im fine."

Based on how New Jersey suddenly found himself pinned to the couch with a hug, New York could tell that that was pure bullsh*t. He wasn’t going to force the Garden State to say anything. He’ll just hug the sadness out of him.

After a few minutes, New Jersey speaks up:

"Did I uhh….. Did I uh- hurt ya by any chance…?"

"No?"

"Mk….. ya sure?? Don’ make me check ya for injuries." New Jersey said sternly, but there was a worried lilt to his voice.

"Jers. I’m fine. Jeez yer soundin a lot like Masshole. Bein’ a mother hen and crap…"

New Jersey just chuckled a bit and laid there comfortably, listening to his little brother’s rambling. He was happy too. That meant that New York okay…..

I downloaded Krita and decided to draw Jersey, and this is my first time doing drawing him, who knows I'll probably end up drawing more of him (who is me, I do know, I so will)
