people can be gay steven
Been largely absent from this blog this year, so of course I figured I’d make it up to you with two extremely long text posts two days in a row. Love you all!
This is the Timepunk/Punk Punk post from 2015 updated for 2018, in a format you can copy/paste, and accessible to screen readers. Added a few more *punks and clarified a few more definitions. (Feel free to message me if you know of a *punk not on the list.)
These are not definitions or in-depth in any way. I describe each with associations and imagery, as I’ve found these to be useful shorthand for explaining to strangers and newbies. I tried to make sure each punk had more than one discussion or labeled work online (otherwise the list would expand to include every silly discussion thread on the internet).
Note: none of these have much to do with 1960s-70s Punk music culture, other than some possible overlapping anti-authoritarian themes. These genres are derivatives of steampunk, which arose from cyberpunk.

Day 2 - Heartbeat
"Can we go back?"
"This isn't even scary."
"Setsuna, you're literally shaking."
“Says you.”
Manga gripped Setsuna's arm tightly, the floor creaking below their feet as they walked made his heart beat even faster. The wait for a jumpscare was more terrifying than the actual scare...
"Oh, come one, Manga! There's nothing to be afraid of-"
A man with a bloody mask and a chainsaw was all they needed to see to end up bolting down the haunted house corridor.
"I hate this! I take back everything I said about there being nothing to be afraid of!"
"Sestu! I see a light!"
And with the literal scare of their lives, they made it to safety; where there was sunshine, clouds and bustling crowds of a theme park.
Manga touched Setsuna's neck and felt her pulse: ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!
“Your heart beating really fast...”
Setsuna smiled wryly, "want to go on the ferris wheel?"
Manga's heart beated hard against his chest. "Actually, I was thinking we go somewhere else." The two began walking.
"Oh? Where?"
Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!
Manga soon realized that it wasn't the jumpscare that made his heart beat so fast...
"The tunnel of love, maybe?"
Who knew Toga x Uraraka was a ship?
No hate to anyone who ships it, but I had a feeling that something like this would be out there among the fandom...
I gotta see fuyumi in your style
🎉✨HERE YOU GO! 💛
Not me looking for psychological thriller books to be like Yuri-
Ashido icons! Reblogs are appreciated if you save/use :)
Dear followers and other viewers,
I apologize if I don’t tag the artist of a certain fanart in my posts, I just find these on the internet (such as Safari) and not on social media platforms (like Twitter or Instagram) and don’t know who’s it is. Other times I just don’t see a signature, if not an unreadable one, therefore not able to tag the artist.
However, I greatly appreciate it that all of you do tell me who the artist is, which allows me to tag them and edit my post.
I just wanted to clear things up incase you all were wondering! Also, I do realize that it’s a common courtesy to reblog other fanarts from Tumblr, and I have done that - but I’ll always try to tag the artist myself if I am able to!
Anime stuff because I can’t escape being an otaku. Requests are always open (wallpapers, fanfics, moodboards, etc.).Love you all!
