@lotftober2024 day 4: Underrated Character

Bill appeared like 15 counted times in the book but he had such a silly personality in every single one of those appearances fr 😛

I fear I may have rushed this a bit too much but I think the effect is still there C: I've been looking into lotf symbolism for a fat minute so me drawing this was a mental depiction of how lotf is in my head (sorry Ralph)
