Are we the same person?? I watched avpm and avps like right before 8th grade and was obsessed with the very potter musicals specifically for like a year, and then watched tgwdlm when it came out I think my sophmore year of high school? It was that that got me obsessed with starkid as a whole, and I've been a huge fan ever since!! I love how this show brought so many people to this fandom and now we get to watch it again after being in love with them already!
Although had some little bit of experience with starkid (seen some memes, heard the song Twisted, my cousin showed me avpm), The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals is what actually got me into Starkid, back in fall 2019, my freshman year of high school. I'm so unbelievably excited for the remount!
Rewatching AVPM and the fact that multiple of these performers have made it to Broadway since this silly low-budget show from 16 years ago makes me so happy
(I know this discourse is like a week old at this point but I'm making this post anyway 😤) Seeing people complain about the wigs in Cinderella's Castle was insane like y'all wouldn't have survived og Starkid fr. I mean in AVPM, Dumbledore's beard wasn't even on his face and you're complaining about seeing some of the wig lace on one of Bryce's like 5 wigs??? We used to have this
and you're complaining about this??
Please guys it's a stage show! With costume changes and wig changes! The wigs need to be easy to put on and off, and I honestly don't know what else they could've done to make it look better. They couldn't exactly cut the lace super short and glue the wigs on her head or anything because again, she has multiple wig changes throughout the show.
Anyway, I loved Cinderella's Castle and the costumes and wigs were some of the best Starkid has ever had

Does it bother anyone else that  Draco spent his whole sixth year repairing the vanishing cabinet??? The deatheaters could have used a portkey to get into Hogwarts. Portkeys are underrated,  there is no place in the book that says there’s a barrier around Hogwarts that prevents portkey travel. What about floo powder power?  It would have been a year of sneaking around and a suspicious Potter avoided, excluding the trying to kill Dumbledore part.Â

volleyball! - i wish we could have seen her confront her trauma and make a recovery in steven universe future but alas. the mega pearl fusion was nice too.
esmerelda! - deadass my fave disney princess. her background is kind of a mess but yeet yeet what do ya want me to do? a better job? hahahaha i’m capable of nothing more.
catra! - my favorite gay cat. she makes me cry. and she still will. if she and adora don’t kiss in the last season i’m gonna sue. one of my favorite backgrounds out of all of them.
hermione granger! - i think i’m falling in love, falling in love, falling in LOOOOVEEEEE-
eurydice! - hadestown makes me cry no matter what and i’m actually rly proud how she turned out.
