He runs down the hallways, knowing that you'll be in Snape's room, for potions class. He's panting, determined to get there in time, despite being horribly out of shape, curse that extra two.. or three doughnuts the other day. He huffs, annoyed that he's already missed you in the dorms, so he he had get there. quickly. Snape would be steaming mad, but it would totally be worth detention or whatever punishment he was feeling up for today. He skids to a stop in front of Snape's classroom, damn it. He's already teaching. Well, can't back down now. He takes a deep breath to steel himself for this before knocking on the door. The talking from inside comes to a stop and he hears Snape's signature sigh. "Come in. What do you want?" He pushes open the door, the metal knob cold under his fingers. He steps in, his eyes darting to find you. He meets your gaze and gives you a small smile. "uhm... can I steal Alex for a minute?" Snape sighs, waving him off "come see me later." he smiles, letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding
"Yes sir." He glances at you, nodding aside to the hallway. You quirk an eyebrow, but get up and follow him into the hallway, to shove your hands in your hoodie pockets "What's wrong? " He smiles,

He sees the blue glint of the lights reflected off the end of your beautiful hair peeking out from under your beanie. Worth it. Your arms are wrapped around him in an instant. just the feeling of your body against his... he presses a light kiss to the top of your head. you hum and press your face to his shoulder " ...thank you, Draco"

Your daily routine hadn't changed much since your encounter with Draco Malfoy, well it hadn't changed if you didn't count all the times since then that you spent anywhere quite far away with that blond who made you shiver.
The rumour had already spread around the school, your Ravenclaw beau hadn't wasted any time, but you were fine with the situation as long as people talked from afar and didn't bother you.
But that day you had to face your friend's interrogation, at least she deserved answers.
“How long have you been with Malfoy behind my back?” she asked without understanding how or when that had happened.
“Almost two weeks.” You answered with a face as red as a tomato and fiddling with the food on your plate. Feeling Draco's eyes on you in the Great Hall, whenever you were apart, hadn't helped you to hold normal conversations.
“So, the mark on your neck wasn't a mosquito?” she glanced at you somewhere between amused and embarrassed.
“No…” you confessed, remembering the number of hickeys Malfoy had devoted himself to leaving on your neck, marking you as his own.
“I can't believe it.” she laughed out loud. “Who made the first move?”
“He took the initiative and I did the rest.” you said proudly.
“Look at you... And I thought you only had eyes for the characters in those novels you read.” she mocked you.
It was true that the only person who had aroused your fascination was the famous Slytherin. You didn't know why, but before you knew it, your gaze was already following him everywhere, trying to decipher what it was hiding behind those cold and lonely eyes.
The same seemed to have happened to him, or so he confessed to you on one of your nocturnal escapades. He didn't understand how anyone could look at him with such indifference, and he promised himself that he would get some kind of reaction from the face he had fallen in love with.
You two still had a deal to keep, the Yule Ball was in less than three days. The Heads of Houses had already started to teach you the necessary rules, though you could only think about what Draco would look like in a suit.
Oh, hell! You hadn't even considered what you were going to wear, your head had been occupied with far more amusing thoughts.
That evening your friend came along with you to Hogsmeade, your parents had sent you some money and you were hoping to find something decent at Gladrags amongst all those socks.
You wanted to dazzle Draco, to see his pupils dilate in your presence so that he could think of nothing but you. So you went to great lengths to find a dress to match the situation.
As you imagined, there was hardly anything worthwhile left on the hangers in that shop. You went round and round, searching every possible nook and cranny, but nothing. Just as you were about to give up, a piece of blue cloth, hanging on a nearby rack, caught your eye. You couldn't even get your hands on it before a group of Slytherin girls who had been lurking around the shop got to it before you could.
"Did you want this?” one of them asked you mischievously. “Well you wouldn't know how to wear it anyway, some people just aren't cut out for classy clothes.”
You were caught unawares. It was the first time you had ever been the target of a Slytherin and you thought you knew why.
“Why don't you mind your own business?” Your friend stood up for you.
“Give it up, it's not worth it. Some people have too much time on their hands.” You stopped her before things got ugly.
It couldn't bother you any less, that attempted sabotage only meant that they knew Draco was no longer on the market.
You left the shop disappointed that you hadn't found a dress for the ball. Although the bad mood lasted as long as it took you to find Draco strolling around Hogsmeade with Crabbe and Goyle.
“Well, well, but who do we have here?” his expression turned from his typical frown to a warm, relaxed smile as you approached him.
You didn't miss the surprised faces of Malfoy's "friends" at his change of mood. You were more than pleased to know that this was a side of Draco that only you could experience.
"We had shopping to do." you explained. "But, we were just on our way back to Hogwarts."
"Empty-handed?" he wondered, giving you a suspicious look.
"You should tell him." your friend whispered in your ear.
“Tell me what?” you noticed his brow furrowing. You didn't want Draco to know what happened, you weren't a little girl who needed his protection, but it was already too late.
“Could you at least buy me a butterbeer?” you sighed a little wearily at the number of events that had happened in such a short time.
Your friend took that proposal as a sign to get back on her way. She didn't want to come between the lovebirds. As for Crabbe and Goyle, all it took was a "Disappear" from the blond and within seconds it was just the two of you.
"You should be nicer to them," you smiled as you realised how childish Draco could be sometimes. He was so eager for you two to be alone that he didn't even bother to hide it.
"They're used to it." he defended himself as he took you by the hand and led you in the direction of The Three Broomsticks. You intertwined your fingers with his and let yourself be swept away with an idiotic grin on your face.
For a few seconds you regretted your request. There, in those snowy streets, it was just you, Draco, and the feeling that the world belonged to you and the slytherin alone. You didn't want it to end.
He sensed your body's resistance and turned to you. He caught you in his arms, grabbing your chin and forced you to look at him. His cheeks were red with cold, his eyes tinged with worry and fear...
"Have you had enough of me?" he asked bitterly. You blinked in confusion, what the hell was he talking about? You cupped his cheeks with your hands, making him shiver with the warmth you radiated.
“As if that were possible... “ you whispered, looking him in the eyes, to make your message clear. You had never been aware of how lonely Draco felt until you started dating him, but what broke your heart the most was seeing how he was ready for you to leave him at any moment. “It is you, Draco Malfoy, who will not get rid of me so easily.” you threatened him.
Without you expecting it he wrapped his arms around you and hugged you as if his soul went into it. If you didn't know how proud the Slytherin could be you would swear that for a second you saw a tear fall down his cheek, but trapped against his chest, you couldn't see anything, only feel Draco's heartbeat thundering against your whole body.
“If we stay here much longer we'll freeze, and I don't want you to blame me if you catch a cold.” He broke the embrace and without waiting for a response, he took you by the hand and led you to The Three Broomsticks. Someone had suddenly become shy and you couldn't help but smile.
Once there, finally with a butterbeer in your hand, he forced you to tell him what had happened to you before you met. The Slytherin had too good a memory to forget the incident. You explained to him, somewhat embarrassed, how you had completely forgotten to buy a dress for the Yule Ball and how the only thing you could find in the shop had been taken from you by a group of Slytherins.
“y/n, tell me who they are and I swear they won't dare show their faces in front of you ever again.” The knuckles of his hand turned white and his body language adopted his father's gestures.
“Don't even think about it.” you tried to calm him by taking his hand and interlacing your fingers. "But..." you put a finger to his lips to shut him up. “I want all your attention on me, I don't want you to even think about them.” you interrupted him. Draco grinned slyly, every day he was more and more sure that he had found the right one.
“Don't worry sweetheart, you're already the only thing I think about all day long.” he confessed before kissing you, the taste of butterbeer intensified in your mouth accompanied by an overflowing warmth.

Everyone was excited about Yule Ball but you couldn’t be less bothered about it.
Changing classes was a spectacle since Yule Ball was two weeks ahead. Boys and girls declaring their love in every single corner. Such a cheesy view made you want to shut yourself in your bedroom and not go out until everything came to an end. Why was everyone so desperate?
As a Ravenclaw anything apart from books, classes, etc. was a waste of time. Going to the Yule Ball wouldn't make you pass Snape’s exams.
“y/n” your friend called you several times before you could hear her “Any date for the Yule Ball?”
“You too?” you spited out almost offended. Why are you so obsessed? You asked her trying to figure out how a dance could make people go insane.
“C’mon, you could relax.” she laughed “Tell me the truth, not even a Durmstrang student makes you want to go to the ball?” she added when some of them walked by your left.
Your eyes landed on them, they were handsome, tall and the dream of every girl or boy. But not yours…
A huge group of people in front of the class you were going to made you curious. “What is going on?”
“It’s happening again” your friend laughed excitedly while she dragged you with her to have a better view. It wasn’t a surprise to find a certain blonde in the middle of that fuss. A really nervous Slytherin was in front of him with her eyes shut down and with her whole body shaking.
“She must be the fifteenth or even the twentieth.” Another Slytherin murmured behind you.
Your brain started to put the pieces together. As the most popular Slytherin, Draco Malfoy was a very desirable target for the Yule Ball, but you didn’t expect to witness a proposal, and even more, as far you had heard it wasn’t the first one.
“Do you want to be my date to Yule Ball?” the girl in front of Draco said with a honeyed voice.
The boy didn't seem very amazed. Giving a fast peek at his surroundings, sighed in frustration with his hand buried in his blonde hair. Your eyes met for a few seconds and he narrowed them in your presence. The truth was that you weren’t friends, not even acquaintances but for a mysterious reason he detested you. You were a great witch from a good family, none blood thing could justify his aversion. But every time you crossed paths you felt like you did something wrong.
His face displayed an annoyed gesture, and his fingers went to his temples, massaging them. “I don’t have time for this rubbish.” his head turned away from you and landed on the poor Slytherin’s girl. “Get lost.” he huffed just the right moment McGonagall appeared, dissolving the big crowd. “Whatever is happening can continue after my class.” she announced heading every student inside.
The next classes were very peaceful, no more random events on the hallway. You and your friend were on your way to the Great Hall when you remembered you needed to return a book. Your friend and you split apart, and you hurried up your way.
The hallways were empty, everyone one was on their break. You were grateful for a little bit of peace, you took your time in the library wandering around, it didn't surprise you when you found another Ravenclaw. The library was the temple of all of you, but it didn’t feel right when he started to smile in your direction and not take his eyes off of you. Something was wrong and it pissed you.
It almost gave you a heart attack when he faced you the moment you put one foot out the library. “y/n, can we talk for a moment?” he asked you kindly with his face tinted slightly pink. That scene recalled a certain moment of the morning and your hands started to sweat. The boy in front of you was the same age but you hadn’t exchanged many words through the years, you didn't even know his name. You bit your lower lip trying to kill the urge of running away. “Sure…” you hesitated in a lower voice and with your hands clenched to your cape
“I hope it isn’t too late.” he whispered, rubbing his neck “By any chance would you like to go with me to Yule Ball?”
You froze and your usual eloquence disappeared. You couldn’t imagine that that would happen to you. You didn't plan a negative for the occasion, and you didn't want to go to the ball, because the truth was that HE would never ask you to go with him, and no one else had your interest.
“I’m sorry but…” you faltered to say. Your mouth was dry, and you couldn’t find the words.
“What y/n want to say is that she is already taken.” a very known voice interrupted you. Your brows raised in surprise when you saw Draco come out from behind a pillar.
“That's true?” the Ravenclaw looked at you with surprise, you were surprised as well, in which world were you Draco’s date? Maybe you just hit your head.
He came closer and one of his arms wrapped around your waist, your whole body shivered. He was the only one who could make you feel like that. “It’s true” you lied with your face completely red and avoiding the eyes of any of the boys. Sadly, it was a lie you wanted to believe with all your heart. The Ravenclaw gave up and disappeared after he looked at you very surprised. Your heart was pounding in your chest, you were alone with Draco and you were afraid to do or say anything that could break the spell.
“Why have you done that?” you slapped Draco away, as much as you wanted that touch you didn't want it to be as a part of a lie. He faced you with his beautiful grey eyes and smirked maciously. “Don't you know?” he whispered in your ear. You blushed entirely, your face, your neck, etc. “I thought you hated me.” you answered with your eyes locked on the floor, you were unable to look him in the face. Your head was spinning, you couldn't forget all those scornful looks in the hallway.
He grabbed you by the chin and lifted it forcing you to look at him. "And I hate you.” he said in a deep voice. “I hate your indifferent face every time we meet, the way you smile at all your friends.” You got goose bumps but trying not to be intimidated you answered "If I didn't know you, I'd say you have feelings for me..." you tilted your head with innocence and a wide smile on your face. You weren't going to let Malfoy have all the control of the situation, if he wanted to play dirty you also knew. The blond boy looked at you in surprise, you had left him speechless. Point for you. But he seemed to recover immediately, clinging to your hips, and trapping you against the nearest wall, his head rising to your height, and your faces just a few inches away. “You've always been very smart.” he sighed on your neck, making you turn your head to the side leaving even more bare skin in sight. He deposited a quick kiss in the crack of your neck "What about you? he started to play with a strand of your hair. Your head was full of Malfoy, your legs were shaking and since he had cornered you against that wall you were unable to add two plus two. Everything seemed like a dream. A dirty one, but with Draco it couldn't be any other way. You managed to hear his question, he wanted to know how you felt even if he had not spoken, not verbally. “I'd say it's a tie.” you almost moaned when he pulled up your skirt caressing your thighs. He rested his forehead on yours, enraptured by your half-open mouth, your watery eyes and your heavy breath. “What do you say if we try to break the tie? '' he smiled “You and me at the Yule Ball.”
You smiled at him. “Deal.” you whispered, taking him by his tie to press his lips against you in a hungry kiss. He took advantage immediately and did not hold back. You melted in his embrace and bit his lower lip when you felt his hard bulge against your centre.
Who would have thought it? You had a date.
Love this soo muchhh

You anxiously walk up to the sorting hat, gingerly sitting down on the stool. Scanning the room for your brother, you finally notice him sitting on the Gryffindor table, sending him a small smile. You heard all side conversations pause, everyone waiting in anticipation to see where Harry Potter’s little sister would get sorted.
As you feel the hat settle on your head, you remember what your brother had told you, and immediately started repeating the word Gryffindor over and over.
“Not gonna work this time” you heard the hat whisper. Before you could comprehend what it meant, you heard a loud voice bellow “SLYTHERIN!”

Draco Malfoy:
Nightcall: You and Draco enjoy bending and breaking the rules when it means you get to see each other. Sometimes, all you need is a night shared between the two of you to run through the halls of Hogwarts.
(Romance/Slight crack/Fluff)
Requested: YES/NO
Request: Submitted to my old account - hi ok sooooo i have asked numerous writers for this request because i thrive on angst and fluff 👁👄👁 so here goes: a love triangle between draco, harry, and a ravenclaw reader. the reader’s been known to be head over heels in love with draco and giving him origami hearts everyday for a year or two, which he only throws in his trash bin. he usually just ignores her and finds her gestures annoying and laughable. one day, he goes too far with his rebuttals. the reader, heartbroken and realizing she had no chance at all, stopped pursuing him altogether. for the next few weeks, he found himself weirded out that he hadn’t received any origami hearts. while emptying his trashbin, he discovers that when you unfold the hearts, there were little notes of encouragement and sweet letters. just as he was about to confront her, he notices the reader folding something on her table during class and thinking it was finally another origami heart for him. however, it was a butterfly, and she handed it to harry instead. Jajdjeioa PLS MAKE IT ANGSTY AND FLUFFY IT’S UP TO U ON HOW IT WILL END BUT WOULD BE CUTE IF HARRY MADE THE PAPER BUTTERFLY FLAP ITS WINGS THO Ok sorry for the cliche and long request, take your time and stay safe. I enjoy your writing sm 🥺
Pairing: Draco Malfoy x fem!reader , a bit of Harry Potter x reader but not really

Authors Note: I’m pretty sure I completely deviated from what you wanted, I’m so sorry if it’s not satisfactory :( It’s so cheesy and I feel like I messed it up at a few points but either way I liked writing it, it made me very happy to finally write some Draco fluff again.
I had to amend the idea a bit to make it work for me, e.g I wrote this in an AU where Voldemort doesn’t exist because I hate mr. no-nose, and I didn’t make the hearts go on for years.
love you all, jean
Butterflies.
Flying. Soaring. Alive.
The first time that Draco had ever noticed you was in your fourth year. You were sat at the Ravenclaw table and immersed in a discussion with Padma Patil, one that had you laughing so hard that you were throwing your head back and wiping tears from your eyes. The sight had knocked the wind out of his lungs, like someone had just punched him in the stomach, and he felt the weirdest sensation in his gut.
It was butterflies erupting.

Summary: There's been a new rumor going around Hogwarts recently that you and the infamous Draco Malfoy are a thing. How could people even think that?! Why the hell would you date your enemy? Your standards obviously aren't that low.
If you find mistakes please tell me! I'm not a perfect writer so please just let me know. Happy reading! :)
There's been a new rumor going around Hogwarts lately. Apparently, you and Draco Malfoy are "dating." Obviously, this is true because he's basically your enemy! And why would you lower your standards to rock bottom? From your first year to now, your sixth, you and Draco have never gotten along and have gotten into many arguments. Luckily, you have little to no lessons with him, but now classes are over for the day, and at the end of the hall, of course, you see Draco.
"You actually just wandered about looking like that?" Draco sneers, a nasty smirk on his lips. "And to consider, people actually believe I'm dating you. I'm offended."
“I’m offended they don’t think I have better taste.” I snap back. "Yeah, because you have great taste," he says sarcastically. "I've seen you staring at that Ravenclaw. What's his name? Smith?" he asks with a smug smirk plastered across his face. "I'm definitely a bigger catch than him," he says with a hint of arrogance in his tone.
"Jealous, are we?” I ask, an identical smirk making its way onto my lips. "Of course not!" He snaps back, "Why would I be jealous of a complete idiot like him? I just meant that I'm clearly more attractive, that's all!" he says quickly, his expression shifting from smug to a bit defensive.
"Suit yourself." I shrug. He scoffs. "Oh, now you're being sarcastic," he says, crossing his arms over his chest with a huff. "I was talking purely about facts, and the fact is, I'm much better looking than him in every way."
"Hate to be the bearer of bad news, Malfoy, but you're really not." "What do you mean I'm not?!" He exclaims, his defensiveness growing stronger. "I'm far more attractive than him, and you know it." “Clearly I don’t.” "Well, you're clearly wrong," he says firmly. "I don't look like a complete slob every day. My hair always looks neat; I wear nice robes; I'm tall and fit; I'm clearly the better choice between him and me," he says with a scowl.
"Sooo, what your saying is that you are jealous?" I ask, raising my eyebrows. "No! Why would I be jealous of him?!” He snaps back a bit too quickly, hinting that he is jealous. He crosses his arms again. "I can't help the fact you have bad taste."
A small laugh escapes my lips as I look at the look spread across his face. “You're so stupid!” He glares at you, clearly offended. "I am not stupid! I'm one of the smartest people in this school; you're the stupid one!" he says defensively.
“Well if you excuse me I have a date to go on,” I say pushing past him. He turns his head to you, his expression shifting from anger to annoyance. "With Smith, I assume" he mutters, watching you walk off. "Yep!" I turn around a good distance in front of him and give him a small smirk.
He huffs in annoyance, crossing his arms again, and turns to walk the other way, "I don't know why you'd choose him over me." he grumbles, his voice quiet so you can barely hear him. "Sorry, what was that?" I ask my eyebrows furrowing in confusion. He looks away, his face getting slightly pink. "I didn't say anything important" he mumbles, avoiding your gaze, knowing you heard what he said.
"You sure?" I ask my voice soft. "I'm positive," he says quickly, his voice slightly louder, "I don't know why you're interested in Smith anyway. I could treat you much better," he says, still looking away from you. "Then show me," I whisper stepping a few feet in front of him.
His eyes widen as he looks up at you, "You want me to what?! Prove that I'm a better choice than him? You're serious?" I nod. "Smith and I aren't official sooo." He nods, processing the information for a moment. "So you're telling me you're single," he says, a hint of smugness in his voice, "and that you are willing to give me a chance if I show you that I'm a better option than Smith, correct?"
"Yeah basically." He takes a step closer, his gaze locked on you. "Very well then," he says, a confident smirk on his face, "Consider this your first date. Or trial period. Whatever you want to call it." A small giggle escapes my lips. "Alright then!"
"Now let's start this trial," he says, standing up straight with a sense of arrogance, "I'll show you that I'm a better choice than that idiot. And then you'll see that you've been wrong this whole time." He thinks for a moment, "The first thing is that I would look after you better" he says, his smirk growing slightly, "Smith doesn't have a clue what you need. But I do. I know exactly how to treat a girl, and I would treat you with the respect you deserve."
"Next, my fashion taste is clearly superior," he says, adjusting his tie, "Just look at me. I always look sharp and polished. But Smith? He looks like he just rolled out of bed and put on the first thing he found." I begin to bite my lip nervously. "I think it's kind of cute."
He rolls his eyes, clearly not happy with your answer. "Of course you do" he mutters under his breath. "But you're missing the point. You deserve someone who can dress well and look good in front of other people. Not some messy, lazy boy who doesn't even comb his hair!"
He takes another step closer, looking down at you. "Another thing, I would be a lot more fun to spend time with. I could take you places and keep you entertained. Smith probably doesn't even know how to have a proper conversation." "Uh yeah, he does," I say defensively.
He snorts, "Please. The most I've ever seen him say is 'hi' and 'how are you'. He doesn't have an interesting bone in his body," he says, shaking his head slightly. He watches you for a moment, gauging your expression before continuing, "And let's not even talk about loyalty," he says, his eyes locking on yours, "Smith probably gets distracted by every other girl that comes along. But me? I would be loyal to you. I wouldn't look at anyone else but you."
"How would I know that for sure?" I ask taking a step forward. He looks down at you as you step closer, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "You don't," he says bluntly, "But you'll just have to trust me. Trust me, I have no interest in anyone else but you," he says, his voice slightly softer.
"I knew it! You were jealous!" He huffs, his smirk disappearing as he's hit with the reminder. He looks away for a moment, avoiding your gaze. "Yes, okay. I was a little jealous. Happy?" he says reluctantly, his voice betraying just a hint of vulnerability. I nod a smirk on my face for getting him to admit it.
He glares at you, annoyance and slight embarrassment in his eyes. "Don't look so smug," he snaps, "You're not supposed to be enjoying this, I thought you were supposed to be judging me against Smith?" "I am I am!" I say raising my hands defensively.
"And? Who's winning so far?" he asks with a raised eyebrow, his competitive side showing. "Well the thing is Malfoy, you gotta take me out first." He grins, clearly liking the sound of that. "Oh, I will," he says confidently, "you'll see. By the end of this trial you'll be begging me to not dump you for that idiot," he says with a smirk, the competitive spark still in his eyes.
He looks at you for a moment, his eyes lingering on your face as he studies you. He thinks for a moment before his smirk grows wider. "And just so you know, I'll be taking you to someplace that SMITH can't even afford." He says, his voice slightly mocking, "I'll show you just how good I can treat you, darling."
He pauses for a moment, realizing what he called you. "Darling" he repeats in a quieter voice, a hint of surprise in his tone, as if it slipped out unintentionally. He looks down at you, his expression a mix of surprise, curiosity, and a hint of vulnerability. "Did I just call you that out loud?" he mutters under his breath, more to himself than to you.
I feel my cheeks heat up as I nod. He notices your blush and a small smirk tugs at the corner of his lips. "Did you like that?" he asks, his tone teasing and slightly smug, "Being called darling, I mean."
"Yes..." I whisper my gaze not meeting his. His smirk grows wider and he takes a small step closer to you. "You liked being called darling? You liked it when I referred to you in a cute, affectionate way?" he asks, his voice slightly cocky. He enjoys seeing you flustered, it only boosts his ego.
He takes another step closer, his voice turning softer and more seductive. "Darling" he repeats, his tone almost a whisper, "such a cute nickname. I think it suits you quite well," he says, his eyes locked on yours, a hint of fondness in his gaze.
I blush taking a small step back. He notices you stepping back and his smirk returns, clearly enjoying the effect he's having on you. "Are you getting flustered, darling?" he teases, taking another step closer, and closing the distance you created. "Draco-" He steps even closer, now only inches away from you. "Yes darling?" he asks, his voice sultry and his smirk growing, enjoying the way you stutter.
"Screw Smith," I whisper grabbing Draco’s neck and pulling him down to meet my lips. He's caught off guard as you grasp his neck and pull him down. He lets out a surprised gasp, but quickly recovers as your lips meet his. His eyes widen for a moment before he relaxes, wrapping his arms around you and pulling you flush against him. He kisses you back fiercely, his hands moving up to cup your face as he deepens the kiss.
He pushes you back slightly, pinning you against the wall as he continues the kiss, his body pressed against yours. His hands move down to your waist, gripping you tightly as he explores your mouth with his tongue. He can feel your body pressed against his and the feeling is intoxicating, it only makes him want you even more.
I pull away for a moment catching my breath. He leans his forehead against yours, panting slightly as he tries to catch his breath. His eyes are still closed, the feeling of your body against his etched into his mind. "That was..." he says, his voice gruff and out of breath, "unexpected."
"Y/n? What the fuck!" A voice says from down the corridor. Draco's eyes fly open as he hears the voice, his head snapping towards the direction it came from. He looks slightly irritated at being interrupted but doesn’t move away from you, still keeping you pinned against the wall with his body. My eyes widen in shock as I look toward the voice. "Smith? I- "
Smith approaches his expression a mix of surprise and hurt as he sees you pinned against the wall by Draco. He looks at the two of you for a moment before speaking. "Y/n, what's going on here?" he asks, his voice carrying a hint of disbelief. "I- " Draco's arms tighten around you at the sound of Smith's voice, his eyes locking on the other boy, his expression growing more annoyed. "Can't you see we're busy here?" he snaps, his tone cold and dismissive.
Smith looks at Draco, a mixture of anger and hurt etched across his face. "Yeah, I can see that," he says through gritted teeth, "but I just saw my girlfriend pinned against the wall by you." Draco rolls his eyes, his smirk returning as he looks at Smith. "Well, about that," he says casually, "She's not your girlfriend anymore, is she?"
Smith's eyes widen at Draco's words, and he looks at you with a mixture of shock and disbelief. "What? What do you mean she's not my girlfriend anymore?" he asks, his tone turning from hurt to anger. "Draco- " I whisper nervously. He gives you a sidelong glance, a silent command to let him handle this. "I mean that she's mine now," he says casually, his tone almost challenging as he looks at Smith, "Sorry to disappoint you, but she's decided to upgrade."
Smith's expression darkens at Draco's words, his anger growing. "You're joking right?" he asks, his voice rising, "You can't just waltz in here and steal my girlfriend like it's nothing!" Draco chuckles coldly, finding amusement in Smith's anger. "Oh, but I can and I did," he says smugly, "And let's face it, she deserves better than you anyway." Smith's hands ball into fists at his sides, his eyes filled with a dangerous glint. "You better shut your mouth, Malfoy," he growls, taking a step forward, "or I'll shut it myself."
Draco grins, clearly enjoying the power he holds over the situation. "Oh, I'm so scared," he says sarcastically, his tone dripping with mockery. "You really think you can take me, Smith? Please. I'd have you on your ass in seconds." "Okay, guys," I say nervously, "Let's just calm down..." Both Draco and Smith look at you at the sound of your voice, their attention suddenly focused on you. Draco's expression softens slightly, his hand still on your waist. Smith, on the other hand, looks at you with a mix of defiance and confusion.
"Yeah, let's calm down for a second," Draco says, his voice now softer. He looks at Smith, his expression still cocky, but with a hint of vulnerability. "You heard the lady." Smith looks at the two of you for a moment, his anger still visible in his eyes. "So what, I'm just supposed to stand here and accept that you two are together now?" he asks, his voice laced with bitterness. Draco lets out a humorless chuckle. "You don't have a choice, do you? She's made her decision," he says bluntly, his hand still resting on your waist, his grip firm.
Smith's eyes flick from Draco's hand to yours, and you can see the hurt and betrayal etched across his face. "I can't believe this. You were my girlfriend, Y/n", he says, his voice cracking slightly, "How could you just throw all of that away for... HIM?” "Smith..." Smith looks at you, his eyes pleading for an explanation. "Don't 'Smith' me," he says, his voice raising in frustration, "I just want to know why. Why him? After everything we've been through together, why would you choose him?!"
"I just- I- " I trail off as I struggle to find the right words. Draco's smirk widens at your hesitation, a hint of satisfaction in his eyes as he looks at Smith, his grip on your waist tightening. "Can you believe it, Smith? She doesn't even have an explanation for choosing me over you," he says mockingly. "Draco shut it!" I snap. He raises an eyebrow not expecting you to snap at him, but his expression remains nonchalant. "Fine, fine," he says, raising his hands in mock surrender, "I'll keep my mouth shut. For now, at least."
The tension between the three of you is palpable as you all stand there in the hallway. Smith is still reeling from the shock of the situation, his eyes flicking between you and Draco, trying to process what's happening. Draco, on the other hand, is still standing with his arm around your waist, seemingly nonchalant and unbothered. But you can sense a tension in his body like he's holding back the urge to say more. Finally, Smith speaks up, breaking the silence. "So that's it, huh?" he says, his voice still laced with anger, "You're just gonna forget about everything we had and be with him now?"
"Smith just listen- " Smith cuts you off, his voice rising. "Don't give me that, ‘Smith please’ bullshit," he snaps, "You know what I’ve done for you, what we’ve been through together. And now you just toss me aside for him like I’m nothing?" “Smith we weren’t even official!” Smith looks at you stunned, his anger temporarily replaced by surprise. "What do you mean, we weren't official?" he asks, his voice slightly softer. You hesitate, suddenly feeling a pang of guilt. "Well, we never specifically defined our relationship," you say, choosing your words carefully.
"We never actually said we were boyfriend-girlfriend, we just sort of… fell into a place of casual dating," I say biting my lip nervously. Smith looks at you for a moment, processing your words. His expression shifts from anger to hurt, his shoulders slumping. "So all this time, we were just...casual?" he asks, his voice cracking slightly. You nod, confirming his question, and a mixture of emotions wash over his face. "I thought...I thought we had something real, that we were headed somewhere together," he says, his voice full of sadness, "But all along, I was just some casual fling to you."
"Smith-" He cuts you off, shaking his head bitterly. "No, save it," he says, his tone growing cold, "I don’t want to hear your excuses. You knew how I felt about you, and you kept stringing me along, knowing you could just toss me aside for him whenever you wanted to." "It's not like that!" I protest as I look at his heartbroken eyes. Smith scoffs, his anger returning. "Then what’s it like, Y/n? Because from where I’m standing, it looks exactly like that," he says, his voice rising, "You led me on, made me believe we had something special, only for you to drop me as soon as he came along."
Draco's grip on your waist tightens as he listens to the conversation, his expression unreadable. He stays silent, letting you and Smith hash it out, but his body is tense like he's barely restraining himself from saying something.
"Smith I'm sorry I hurt you but-" Smith cuts you off again, his voice growing more and more frustrated. "Don’t give me that “I’m sorry” crap, it's not gonna fix anything," he says, his voice almost a hiss, "You knew how I felt, you knew what you were doing, and you still played with my emotions. So don’t act like you regret anything."
"Smith just please let me explain!" He takes a step forward, his eyes narrowing as he looks at you. "Fine, then explain. Go ahead, tell me how you didn’t know exactly what you were doing, how you didn’t lead me on all this time," he snaps, his voice filled with anger. “I didn’t think it was that serious!” "Not serious?" Smith repeats, his voice filled with disbelief, "What do you mean it wasn’t serious? We spent months together, going on dates, hanging out, and doing everything a couple does. How was that not serious to you?”
“Three dates! Three!! And we were friends before that!” He scoffs, clearly not buying your explanation. "Three dates, yeah, but we also hung out all the time, we were practically inseparable. You really expect me to believe you thought all of that was just casual?" “Yes! I thought we were just talking!!” He rolls his eyes, his anger and hurt now mixed with frustration. "Talking?" he says scornfully, "Is that what you call it? Spending all that time together, getting intimate, sharing everything about each other, and you thought we were just talking?" “I- “ I sigh frustrated.
He watches you flounder for a response, his expression hardening. "See? You can’t even deny it. You knew exactly what you were doing, playing with my feelings, leading me on." “I wasn’t!!” He raises an eyebrow, his eyes narrowing. "Oh, really? So you’re telling me you had no idea that I was falling for you this entire time?" “Well, I had a hunch…” He lets out a humorless chuckle, shaking his head in disbelief. "A hunch, huh? You had a hunch that I was head-over-heels for you, that I was falling in love with you, and you still led me on like you didn’t have a clue?"
“Smith…” I whisper. “I’m sorry…” He sighs, his expression shifting from anger to resignation. "Sorry isn’t gonna cut it, Y/n,” he says quietly, “You knew how I felt, yet you still toyed with my emotions, and now look where we are." I look over at Draco as he raises an eyebrow, his gaze unwavering as he looks at you, his grip on your waist still firm. He’s stayed silent during the entire exchange, observing the interaction between you and Smith with a mixture of curiosity and jealousy. “I’m sorry,” I say again.
Smith sighs, his shoulders sagging as he looks at you. "Just don’t do something like this again," he says, his voice softer now, "I understand that we weren’t official, but it still hurts when you play with a person’s feelings like that." “I know… I’m sorry.” He lets out a breath, running a hand through his hair. "I’ll be okay, eventually," he says, although his voice lacks conviction. “I just needed to get that off my chest. I still care about you, you know,” he adds, his voice almost a whisper. I feel a tear trickle down my cheek knowing that I've messed up. “Smith-“
He sees the tear on your cheek and something in his expression softens. "Hey, don’t cry," he says, his voice gentle, "It’ll be alright. I’ll get over it." He reaches out, gently wiping away the tear from your cheek. "I just...I just need some time to get used to the idea of you being with him, okay?" he adds, his gaze moving to Draco, his expression laced with a mix of annoyance and resignation. Draco stares back at him, his expression completely neutral. He hasn’t said a word this entire time, but his grip on your waist remains firm, his possessive nature on full display.
I look at Smith as I hold in my tears. He gives you a weak smile, noticing your attempt to hold back tears. "Don’t cry on my account, Y/n," he says, trying to sound nonchalant, "It’s not like we were official or anything, right? Just some casual dating, nothing serious." "Y-yeah." He nods, his smile not quite reaching his eyes. "Yeah...casual," he repeats, the word almost bitter on his tongue. He glances at Draco, standing beside you, his arm still around your waist, a clear sign of ownership.
There’s a moment of awkward silence between the three of you, the tension still thick in the air. Smith looks between you and Draco, his jaw clenching at the sight of Draco’s arm around you. Finally, he breaks the silence, his voice strained. "I should go," he mutters, his eyes flickering to Draco for a moment before looking back at you. "Take care, Y/n."
He gives you one last, sad smile before turning and walking away, his shoulders slumped in defeat. As he disappears down the hallway, you can’t help but feel a pang of guilt and sadness wash over you. "Draco I'll um... see you later." You start to turn away Draco’s grip on your waist tightens, stopping you in your tracks. “Hold on, love,” he says, his voice low and commanding, “Where do you think you’re going?”
“I’ll see you later.” You say again pushing his hand off your waist and head towards your common room. "Hey, wait a minute," Draco snaps, quickly grabbing your wrist and spinning you back to face him, his grip firm but not painful. "We need to talk." "What?" He stares down into your eyes, his gaze intense. "What was all that with Smith just now?" he asks, his voice sharp, "Looks like you two had quite the intimate conversation."
“It wasn’t like that. We can talk tomorrow.” I say taking my hand from his grip. Draco frowns, clearly displeased with your attempt to blow him off. "No, we're talking now," he says, his tone leaving no room for argument. He steps closer to you, his body almost pinning you against the wall. “Draco… not right now please.” He ignores your plea, his gaze never leaving your face. He reaches up, gently tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. "Why won’t you talk to me?" he says, his voice gentler now, "I thought we were past the whole “not talking about feelings” thing."
“Draco I need to go dinner starts soon.” He bristles at your attempt to leave, his eyes darkening. "You really think I care if you miss dinner, love? I think our conversation is more important than a few crumbs on a plate." He moves closer, his body now fully pressing against yours, trapping you against the wall. "Draco please... stop," I whisper. He lets out a frustrated sigh, his hand tracing the curve of your jaw. "You know I’m not going to stop until you talk to me, love," he murmurs, his voice dropping an octave. "Why are you being so stubborn?"
“Because I need a moment alright?!?” I snap. He flinches slightly at your snapping tone, clearly not expecting such a sharp response. For a moment, he stands there, processing your words. Then, a flicker of anger crosses his face. "A moment?" he repeats, his voice cold, "You need a moment? And what about me? Do you even care how that little show between you and Smith made me feel?" I sigh frustrated and place my head in my hands.
Draco watches you, his expression softening slightly as he sees your frustrated state. "Hey. Look at me," he says, his voice gentler now. When you don’t respond, he sighs and reaches up, placing a gentle hand on your chin and tilting your head up so that you're facing him. "What?" He studies your face closely, his gaze searching yours. "You're not being fair,” he says quietly, “I saw how you were with Smith back there. So casual, so dismissive. It’s like I don't matter to you at all. Am I just some passing fancy to you, love?" “I’ll see you later,” I say as I walk down the hall.
He calls after you, his voice betraying his frustration, "Don’t you dare walk away from me, love! We’re not done here!" But you ignore him, continuing down the hall, leaving him standing there, seething with anger and frustration.
I make it to my dorm room and slam the door. As you enter your dorm room and shut the door behind you, you can feel the weight of the day's events crashing down on you. You flop down on your bed, burying your face in your pillow, feeling emotionally drained. As you lay there, your mind races, replaying the events of the day over and over again. Your argument with Smith, Draco's possessiveness, your own guilt and confusion. It's like a never-ending loop, playing on repeat in your head, tormenting you.
“What did I do?” I ask myself as I lay staring at the ceiling.

Omg where do I even begin😭 I just finished binge reading this story and all I gotta say is that this is the best thing I've read in a realllllyyyyyy long time! To a point where I was literally fighting back tears towards the end😩 The level of YEARNING that you so beautifully captured between Draco and Y/N is something that I've been longing to read for so long! Thank you so much for writing such a masterpiece and for feeding the hopeless romantic in me😍 I feel like the lovergirl in me went into hiding for a long time because of how shitty real-life romance can be. But stories like this one really feed my soul and make me feel all giddy inside. You deserve all the hugs in the world for reigniting this spark in me! THANK YOUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!

A/n: This is one of my old drafts that I never uploaded so I'm just posting it anyways cuz I feel bad to delete it :")
"Wait Harry!-" it was too late. The little girl stood by the Barrier that seperated the muggle world and this platform. The smoke from the train made it difficult to look. People were constantly pushing through in rush. Y/n sadly took two steps back a she watched her brother disappear between the crowd. She was just about to turn around when someone pushed her out of the way to go ahead. Little Y/n fell down with a loud Thud!
"Come on Draco! We're gonna be late!" The girl who just pushed her shouted. Y/n winced in pain as she watched the girl run ahead. That's when she saw a hand that was hanging in air right before her. It was a boy.
"You okay?" That voice...it was, cold and yet so comforting. She gladly slipped her hand into his as he helped her get up. "Yeah..thanks." Y/n replied.
When she looked up, before her stood a boy with pale skin and platinum blond hair. His hair almost looked like soft threads of silver. If those even existed. His Eyes...they were alluring. There was a hint of blue in those almost grey eyes. They were kind of... greyish but still blue. "Sorry for my friend Pansy, she's just worried we might miss the train." He spoke. Y/n's gaze scanned his figure for a second. He was holding a trunk with an "H" on it. Which probably meant he was going to the same place where her brother was. "Are you...not coming?" The boy asked. "Oh.. no, I just- I just came here to drop off my brother. But Hagrid says I can go next year." She replied sweetly.
The boy took a fine pause before replying with, " You have a sweet voice."
Her cheeks immediately went red, "Th-Thanks."
"So you'll be attending Hogwarts next year?"
"Yes...I think."
"Hmm..." The boy furrowed his brows. "Well, I'll be looking forward to it then." He said.
"You must go now, Or you'll miss the train." She said.
"Well..I was hoping to drop you off somewhere where there aren't any people to push you before you fall again..." He chuckled earning a giggle from the little girl who stood before him. Y/n was truly mesmerized by this boy. On one side there was her brother who didn't even look back while running off to the train and on the other side was this boy, who was willing to waste his time even when he knows he could miss the train, just so she could be safe.
"Ok then." She smiled. The blond boy lead their way out of the bustling crowd in front of the barrier. Y/n nervously fiddled with her fingers as she stood by the barrier.
"what's wrong?" He asked.
"Will...Will I see you again?" She asked nervously.
"Ofcourse." The boy shrugged. "-and if you don't...just take this and find me one day." He said handing her a ring that he just took of his finger. Y/n gladly took it and nodded. Today, it was a hurry. But one day...she will surely find him. She slowly walked past the barrier.
"Ah, there she is. Come on Y/n," Ms.Weasly said. She was the kind lady who showed them where the platform was, she promised to escort Y/n safely back to the dursleys.which she did. Y/n wasn't able to sleep that night. She was left wonderstruck by that boy. Somehow his appearance was already faded from her memory, but those eyes. She will remember those mystical eyes for eternity. And someday, somehow by some miracle she might even find him, and stare in them forever.
She sighed as she picked the books she needed from the shelves of Hogwarts library. This was not how she had planned it. Ever since she had stepped in this castle, her brother Harry has been protecting her as if she's a piece of glass. Harry's always been protective, but after his own experience at Hogwarts and what kind of people are here he became more careful. When she came to Hogwarts she had a clear motive to find that boy. But it's been 3 years now, and yet she hadn't found him. Harry has always made sure she never associated with the "bad people" . He didn't wanted her to suffer from the same bullying that he did. But it was getting suffocating for Y/n.
Y/n was now in her third year, she was currently picking out books that would help her in her DADA essay. Once she had a big stack of old books she started to walk out to her dorm. She carelessly walked through the passage. Her pace was so fast she almost stumbled over the carpet and was just about to fall when two firm hands held her.
"Careful there." That voice....she knew it! That was the same voice she had been yearning to hear all those years. It was hard to look past the books, his half face hid by the barrier of stacked books between them. Suddenly another hand pulled her out of his grip.
"Let's go Y/n." She heard her brother's voice.
"I was just helping you know?" The other voice said
"What are you playing at Malfoy?" Harry sounded clearly annoyed. Wait. She thought, Malfoy?! Harry's rival?Could it be...
"Ugh whatever." She heard the voice fade, he had left. Leaving Y/n and Harry behind.
"That was Malfoy, the punk I told you about." Harry said.
"Almost a hundred times, yes. He didn't seem rude to me.." she pressed her lips in a line.
"Don't fall for his dirty tricks Sis, He's not the kind to be trusted." For the first time in years, Harry's voice sounded cold, and full of despise.
"Fine." She rolled her eyes as she proceeded to walk towards the Gryffindor common room. After coming to her dorm Y/n was pleased to find it empty. That's good. Hermione isn't back yet. She had some time alone. She carefully kept the books on the nightstand before laying down on the bed.
"That voice..." She spoke to herself. "What if He's the one..." She brought her hand to the silver chain around her neck that had a ring dangling in it. When the ring stopped fitting her fingers, she decided to wear it in her neck. "Even if it's true-" she closed her eyes with a sigh. "-please don't be someone who deserves to be hated. I don't want to hate you." She whispered.
"Please tell me you found someone." Hermione's voice was heard as the door swung open.
"h-hey 'moine." Y/n sat up.
"Y/n, has anyone asked you out for Yule ball yet? Clearly your brother asked no one so now he's regretting." Hermione said.
"Oh um... actually a couple of guys did but I'm not sure. I'd rather go alone."
"Alone? I mean... it's your choice ofcourse but, wouldn't it be a little sad for the prettiest girl at Hogwarts to not have a date?" Hermione said as she sat beside y/n.
"who are you going with?"
"Victor." She replied.
"what? Victor as in...Victor Krum?"
"yeah"
"Anyways I hope you have made up your mind now, tomorrow night will be the yule Ball." Hermione declared. Y/n carelessly nodded being entirely uninterested in yule Ball. Y/n did wanted to go,but with someone rather special. Until she doesn't find him, maybe she's better off alone.
"Hermione you lucky girl!" Y/n nudged her teasingly.
There she was, all alone. In Her bright blue dress. It was sparkling brighter than the stars in the sky. Yule ball, a day everyone had planned to dance with their lovers but y/n on the other hand, was walking down the stairs all alone. Her graceful smile sadened at the realisation that there was no one at the end of this staircase waiting for her with his hand out like a gentleman. She just wanted this to be over at once. The sight of sweet couples was making her sick already.
But She was left completely unaware of the boy who couldn't take his eyes off her. quietly stood in a corner mesmerized by her beauty. He hadn't seen such a beautiful girl in his whole life. Ofcourse there were many girls in Draco Malfoy's life, but none left him as speechless as she did.
"Hey mate! Haven't got a date tonight?" Draco's bestfriend Blaise asked.
"Nah, I'd rather be left alone than do this stupid dance stuff." Draco rolled his eyes.
"I just thought you had your eyes on someone." Blaise said amused as he looked in y/n's direction.
"Shove off!"
"Anyways....I heard she's Potter's sister." Blaise raised an eyebrow. "Potter as in your enemy 'Harry pottah'" he continued.
"I'm aware." Draco smirked. "But she's not him,is she?" Draco smugly walked away in the direction where y/n stood in her gorgeous gown and hair laid down.
"bastard." Blaise mumured to himself as he shook his head.
"May I?" Y/n flinched at Draco's sudden approach.
"May you what?" She asked with furrowed brows. Draco pulled his hand back which was hanging in the air before for her answer.
"You seem bored." He stated.
"Very well observed." She rolled her eyes in irritation.
"Wanna have a dance with me?" Draco asked, this time being more clear about his question.
"Aren't you Draco Malfoy? The guy who hates my brother? For what good reasons would you want to dance with me?" She asked sternly.
"I may be just an asshole to your brother but I'm still a man of honour. I know my manners, I know how to treat a lady. So if it's a no...just say it. Now... May I?" He asked for the third time. Y/n stared at his hand that he offered. Well....he was quite handsome wasn't he?
"Hm, I like your confidence. Yes, you may." She said as she slipped her hand into his. Draco smirked in triumph as he led her to the dance floor.
"Is that... harry potter's sister with Draco Malfoy?" She heard someone whisper. "Yes, aren't they like... enemies? Does she even know?" Another one. "I can't believe she's betraying her brother like that." And so they went. Y/n could feel those eyes darting on her. They were all whispering about her. And suddenly the room was not-so comfortable now. She tried to push those voices away as she swayed along with the music. But those voices were getting louder, louder than the music.
"Hey?" A voice snapped her out of her trance. She looked up to those greyish blue eyes staring at her with pure concern. "You okay?" He asked as he tightened his hold on her waist. They were still dancing. He was so close to her, there was barely any distance. So close... Those eyes, she remembered them really well. She remembered them like an old friend. "Yeah... it's just-" her eyes pointed at the crowd whispering behind her. "Eyes on me Princess, don't let them bother you." Her cheeks went red at the nickname he gave her, Draco smirked again as he saw her trying to hide her crimson cheeks.
"You know, if it wasn't for your brother you'd be mine already." He said smugly as he twirled her around.
"Charming." She mused. "Can I ask you something?" She continued.
"go on princess."
"Have we met before?" She asked. "Ofcourse." He replied, "I bumped into you when you were carrying the books remember."
"No...not that. Maybe...before that?"
His brows furrowed. "What makes you think so."
"No it's just... you look just like someone I've been looking for quite sometime and-"
"Y/n!" Harry beamed as he pulled her away from the Slytherin boy.
"bloody hell potter. What was that?" Draco's voice seemed irritated.
"stay away from my sister Malfoy!" Harry yelled making the other boy scowl in annoyance.
"Harry it's okay he was just-"
"I told you you to stay away from him y/n!" Y/n flinched as he heard the hatred laced in her brother's voice. Never in a million years has she seen him yell at her.
"Mind your voice will you?" Draco interupted as he saw her discomfort.
"Let's go Y/n harry insisted as he tried to pull her by her wrist. She didn't move. Her gaze was lowered on the ground. "Let's.go." harry repeated himself.
"No." She said.
"What?"
"she said No you pinhead." Draco said sternly as he glared at Harry dangerously. A glare that clearly said "leave her alone".
"You shouldn't interupt between me and sister Malf-"
"He's right." She spoke again. "I said no Harry. I don't know what you're expecting from me, but I'm not going to follow you around. I'm aloud to make my own decisions Harry. So for the sake of me and you, just stop being so fucking overprotective and let me live!" Her voice was filled with disbelief. Harry stared at his sister for a second before letting go off her hand. Tears glossed her eyes as she watched him leave in anger. All her life, he said he was protecting her but how she saw it, her own brother was isolating her. It felt like a cage. Finally she felt like she was free from that cage. She was so glad she fought back. That courage took too long to come out. But why now? Why was she so confident with her words this time? Where was this sudden change coming from? Was it because...he was beside her? She turned to her back. He was still there. Standing with a proud expression on his heavenly face. God he was beautiful.
"I need some air." She said.
"hm." He hummed. "Come with me." He insisted.
"what?"
"Don't you trust me?"
"more than myself." Draco led the way as she followed him out of the great hall. Whatever he was up to he seemed pretty confident about it. But they have been walking for quite a while now. Where was he taking her? After climbing what seemed like a lot of stairs, he finally stopped. She let out a sigh as he finally stopped pulling her ahead. It took a while to look around, but it seemed like she knew where they were. The Astronomy tower. The stars were shining so bright the tower barely looked dark, instead it was bright. She had heard about this place alot, they said it was the best place for stargazing. The tallest tower at Hogwarts.
Draco casually sat at the edge by a pillar as if he's too familiar to this place. After hesitating for a while Y/n finally gave inand sat beside him. His eyes were closed,he was taking deep breaths. He had a relieved expression on his face. The kind of expression to which she couldn't help but smile.
"You seem to know this place too well." She said.
"I do. Sometimes I just prefer to sit here and breathe. Carelessly of what's going on out of these walls."
"It is quite peaceful here." She as well took a deep breath and pressed her eyes close.
"You didn't finish your sentence down there."
"hm? Oh... it's -"
"Go on, I'm all ears."
"Well,...The first time I came at the king's cross station there was this....there was this boy I met. I've never seen him again ever since." Something about that sentence startled the blond boy beside her.
"Wait- but-" he suddenly raised his voice.
"wha-"
"Are you- the girl....wait, but- it's not possible. I checked your hand that day. You didn't have the ring." He spoke up.
"wait .." she took out the ring hanging on her neck. "This...ring?"
"Y/n I- " an unusual expression of joy painted his face. "I've waited for so long!" He said as he took her hand into his. Tears of joy glossed his blue eyes.
"So it means you are- OH MY GOD. I-"
"I didn't expected that you'd keep the ring."
"I didn't expect I'll ever see you again." She said. "And...to think that you were waiting for me, I can't believe this is happening for real." Her smile was brighter than the last time they met. Oh how much he just wanted to kiss those lips.
"Y/n.....allow me-" he pulled her closer "to make you believe this is real" he whispered.
"kiss me already." That was it. As soon as those words left her mouth his lips attached to hers. They were perfect for eachother. Y/n melted in his embrace as she moved her lips against him passionately.
"I love you." The blond boy whispered as he pulled out and rested his forehead on hers.
"I love you too."
