I Can't Unseen What I Saw And I Can't Unfeel What I felt.! Sad truth
You will always think N2m will solve your problems until you make N2m. You will think traveling abroad will solve your financial problems until you start living abroad.
You will struggle from getting student visa to looking for a good job, permanent residency, worrying about mortgages, insurance premiums, taxes and stuff, even though you might be more comfortable than when you where in your home country.
When you’re single, you will think marriage will remove loneliness until you get married.
The future and goals are deceptive.
They appear as final solutions to life’s struggles. But they’re mere junctions in the long, complex journey we’re into on earth.
Life is in phases…. but struggle is constant. No matter the money, passport or location, everyone is battling pains per time.
Nothing will take away all struggles. You can only get NEW struggles. Our wish and prayers is that the new struggle should be less brutal than the former, but we must have some discomfort.
It’s an existential principle.
Orderliness is a fantasy, chaos is the rule of nature.
Thirsty for more action-packed accounting shenanigans? Bring your hockey gear to Accounting On Ice, a fantasized ice sports complex celebrating accounting concepts.
Accounting On Ice has three rinks, each with a different theme:
The Balance Sheet Rink is divided into two halves, representing the assets and liabilities sides of a balance sheet. The assets side is blue, and the liabilities side is red.
The Income Statement Rink is divided into four sections, representing the revenue, expenses, gains and losses sections of an income statement. The revenue section is green, the expenses section is yellow, the gains section is blue, and the losses section is orange.
The Statement of Cash Flows Rink is divided into three sections, representing the operating, investing, and financing activities sections of a statement of cash flows. The operating activities section is orange, the investing activities section is brown, and the financing activities section is gray.
Each rink is decorated with icons of different types of accounting items in the rink (e.g. types of assets and liabilities in the case of the Balance Sheet Rink).
Equipment:
Hockey sticks are styled as mouse pointers and USB dongles.
Pucks come with monetary symbols.
Tournaments:
The scoreboard shows the balance sheet of the complex.
Players wear jerseys with the names of different accounting terms.
Players are to skate around the rinks and score goals in the correct section.
The complex hosts tournaments with names like the "FIFO vs. LIFO Cup" and the "Going Concern vs. Liquidation Challenge."
There is a "Tax Time" skating party, where skaters dress up as accountants and compete in a tax-themed relay race.
Other amenities in the complex:
A ticket office named "Ledger"
A concession stand named "Audit" that offers snacks with names like "Debit Donuts" and "Credit Crunch"
A "Hall of Fame" that recognizes people who have made significant contributions to the field of accounting, categorizing them as "athletes," "builders" or "officials" for metaphorical comparison
A museum named "Rule of 72" that exhibits different artifacts from the history of accounting
A library named "Equity" with books and articles about accounting and with accounting formulae quoted like sayings on its walls
A computer lab named "Common Perennial Aches" with accounting software
A conference room named "T-account" for hosting accounting classes, workshops and seminars

Considering I'm about to be applying to colleges and stuff I looked into different kinds of accounting (what I want to major in) and I think I want to go into forensic accounting but I don't know for sure yet
Introducing myself! Been a fan of #studyblr since I was in senior high school but it is only now that I've created one. This is due to my procrastination tendencies and my overall laziness. I have to create this account as a way of being accountable in my integrated review.

Gosh, i can't believe how fast this is going but it's alright. For the past few days, my mantra has been "You'll be fine. This is gonna pass." I don't know if it's working or not though...
Today was alright, I did... Enough I guess.
Did Accounts 4 hrs 40 mins (Solved a question paper plus revision)
Went through Computers for around 1 hr
Business Studies for 3 hrs
Revised some English Grammar 1 hr
Not bad but could be better. Honestly, I'm kinda scared alright. I'm gonna go over economics, accounts and computers tomorrow so yeah.
I can't believe I'm this close to my exams. Literally a week and gosh, it's gonna be a hectic month. My highschool party got over yesterday so I literally didn't study anything. Now, the main question is... How in the world am i gonna use these precious days to get the best possible result?
I don't wanna get burned out like I had last year in the middle of the exam month so I'll be taking consistent breaks. From Friday, I'll be studying Arabic because that's my first exam so exactly 3 days to prepare for it. Then I just have... Like 4 more days... I gotta fit in Business studies, Economics, Accountancy and Computer Applications in it... I can't revise fully, I'll just revise the things I haven't in awhile.
I haven't been studying a lot this year but I still feel confident enough so... I guess it is what it is...
Today I:
Did Accounts 1 hr+
Did some business studies revision.
Well... I had been sick the past few days but right now I'm better. Atleast well enough to study. Tomorrow we have school till 1, I'll be back by 3 so after that I'll start my studies... I have my term exams from next week, I just feel exhausted and tired now T-T
To do list for the weekend :
Complete English assignment
Complete 1 unit of English (3 lessons + grammar)
Complete 1 chapter in Accounts + Revise some previous chapters
Complete 2 chapters in Economics
Complete 8 chapters Part 1-3 in Business Studies
I hope I'm able to complete these :")
It's awfully lazy of me to not do a daily update for 5 days straight but honestly I got sick from Thursday and not to mention it was damn hard to complete assignments when you have a fever and cold. It's like something is against me being productive everyday T-T
I thought maybe i could productively use the 4 days after the school event to study something but no, of course I had to get a fever :")
In the past 5 days I:
Assignments completed:
Computers
Business studies
Accountancy
Assignments Pending:
Economics
Studied 2 topics in economics today
and that's the only thing I could do in these days... But it's fine, I'll catch up eventually. Everything will be fine or so I keep telling myself that. T-T
Days are going by sooner T-T
Anyway, today i couldn't study a lot but I did complete some of my assignments...
Today i:
Completed Arabic assignment and submitted it (due date was Monday)
Completed 50% of both accounts and business studies assignment
Studied Economics lesson 3 & 5 (Part 1) and lesson 5 (Part 3)
I don't expect to get anything done tomorrow since we have a school event and I'll probably come back 7 in the evening so... yeah.
Assignments to complete:
Accounts (Submission: Tuesday)
Business Studies (Submission: Monday)
Computer: (Submission: Friday)
Economics: (Submission: Monday)
Honestly I don't know when I'll get to study because of these useless assignments plus we have some MCQ test coming up in a week I guess... who keeps MCQ tests near Term finals after a major school event?! I swear I'm surviving here with idiots T-T
Damn, I'm surprised how fast time is flying by... Honestly, today was alright. Managed to do a lot.
Today I:
Completed Economics (lesson 2 (Part 1-3) and lesson 5 (Part 1-2))
Completed business studies assignment
Submitted Computer project
Did some accounts sums
Completed English assignment
Tomorrow's to do list:
Complete Arabic assignment
Complete Economics (lesson 5 (Part 3) and 3 (Part 1-3))
Learn a few accounts theories
Assignment to complete:
Arabic
Computer
I also got my test results today, I'm pretty satisfied with most of them cause i managed to get above 80 in everything... So... Yeah.
So, I missed yesterday because honestly i didn't have that much time to even write a study post because of the computer project but now it's done and I'm so damn relieved like gosh this was a nightmare!
Anyway, I cleaned my desk (made a cardboard shelf to arrange my books) and prepared a study plan for my term exam this month end. (Honestly I'm nervous.)
Today I:
Completed my computer project
Cleaned my desk
Prepared study plan
Tomorrow's to do list:
Solve some accounts sums
Study economics (Lesson 1-3, Part 1-3)
Today's exam was honestly pretty alright, i couldn't believe that i could attend everything especially because the teacher told us that she'd give no options for MCQ questions and we have to study like fully throughout the book T-T
Now, I'm more scared about tomorrow... even though I've been practicing for more than 2 weeks for accountancy, today, as soon as I came. I slept and I just woke up around 9:30 and panicked because I haven't revised anything. Right now I've completed 1 and a half lessons and I got to complete 2 major topics tomorrow morning.
So yeah... and my hopes and dreams on resting on Sunday alittle and studying just went down the drain. I got to complete a computer project which is like 10% of my final exam grades and submit it by Monday T-T
Today I:
Studied accounts
Tomorrow's To-do list:
Revise accounts in the morning
Complete 5/10 pratical projects in computers
Clean my desk (cause it's just too much of a message right now)
Okay, today's exam wasn't bad but i could have done so much better T-T
Have i studied everything in economics? Nope, am I gonna study the whole night? Definitely not. I covered about 40% of both the chapters so let's see :")
Today I:
Studied for Economics
Tomorrow's to do list:
Study for computers (lesson 5-8)
I really feel like I'm not studying well but i will up my game from Sunday (after my mid terms). I have my term exams coming in September mid/end and a school event coming in the the beginning and i definitely know that I won't have time to prepare well. So we start early and we are touching Economics first because it's definitely my weakest subject right now + business studies.
Did I do my mid term well? Of course not, because the paper was given 25 mins late and they didn't give us extra time either. I finished the paper but I'm pretty sure my Arabic essay made absolutely zero sense T-T
Right now we're doing HRM [Human Resource Management] unit and i absolutely love this cause why the heck not? XD
Today I:
Completed around 2 and a half lessons in Business Studies (we have 4 lessons for mid term tomorrow, no idea how I'll manage)
Tomorrow's to do list:
Study for Economics mid term (2 lessons)
Today wasn't bad, could have done better but I'm honestly really proud that i almost completed my to do list T-T
Today I:
Completed 6 lessons in Arabic
Completed 2 lesson (Part 1-3) in Business Studies
Tomorrow's to do list:
Wake up early and revise Arabic + learn 1 more lesson.
Study Business Studies 4 chapters for midterm
