Maybe it's small things like how many days in the current months, or what time he needs to leave for a mission. Sometimes it's more big than that, he'll lose motor skills, forget tomura's eczema meds, or even something that afo asked him to do. When he remembers, he apologizes profuseley- he's usually on top of things like that.
