I impulsively decided to include him in the AU, which was not planned a t a l l but I managed to find him an interesting enough backstory that can easily fit in with the rest so Gem Shadow is a thing now

Gonna keep his gem type a secret for now, I'll try and reveal that as dramatically as I can--

Hi ! If you mean a fic, nope, I don't ! I'd say I'm a ''''decent enough'''' writer but I'm really slow as a content creator, I have other fic projects in mind at the moment so I try to stay focused on those before taking on something as 'big' as the story I have planned for the AU (so I might write a fic about it someday but- eh- not in the near future)

HOWEVER, I'm working on short comics for a few scenes I want to give visual representation to ! No idea when these will come, as I've said, I'm really really slow, but they will come out one day !

Also, I’ve just got a lot of wrecked lore headcanons about it. Something like forgotten White Diamond and Homeworld, Pink as the Goddess of Power (Blue = wisdom, Yellow = Courage) totally mixed fragile clusters of broken gems, covered by masks and clothes from the birth, Earth (maybe?), Hylia as a brand new diamond, monsters... Oh no, I think I found new obsession

@rinblid , It’s pretty rough and sketchy, but there are some things I came out with

I suck in story and characters, but worldbuilding and fantasy tales are fun.

Actually I don’t remember SU much, so I need to refresh my memories to be sure I don’t make stupid mistakes creating my headcanons/au.Progress isn’t big ‘cause I’m easy to attract

And yeah, I just thought Four’s headband is suitable for his typical fandom representation and that masks stuff in The Sky (mobile game) is nice while I thought about masks

I only ever use the one regular brush for everything I draw but decided to, just this once, use the marker tool in Sai 1

Came out looking p great for a first time if I do say so myself 👀 I missed this boy a lot

I’ve already wrote strange headcanons about your LU SU AU in my wrecked blog, but I hadn’t been interested in if you’re okay with such kind of conversation around your au. I’ll fix some stuff in the post right now to make situation de-cursed. So, I wanted to ask if you have some rules around author property with the au. Headcanons, AUs, tagging the original au/author?

You can have as many headcanons and have as much fun with it as you wish ! (and as long as it follows those two rules, cursed content is more than welcome)

And I'd love to hear what you came/come up with about it ! I would appreciate being tagged ! I really only ask for credits, and a way to see what you come up with ^^

(btw, i've seen some issues with the current tag so i'm changing it to ' GemLuVerse ' , hopefully it'll read better that way but the name of the AU stays the same [LU SU AU] (cause i think it's funny))

For your LU/SU au, how about making Warriors a Hessonite, since their purpose is to comand armies, and he's a military captain? And Twilight, being the buffest of them all, could be a quartz, perhaps a smoky quartz (the non-fusion kind). He would have his gem on the forehead, where the twilight shard was in-game. Legend could be a moonstone, because in Asia and meso-america, the moon is connected to rabbits, and he uses a moon pearl to transform.

I like those ideas ! Some of them are already canon for this AU, good guess 👀

I finally got the bois' gem types figured out so most of them I won't change but thanks a lot for the suggestions ! Even if they don't directly affect the story it still helps me get more in depth with what I've already written down ! Have a good day !

It didn't come out as clean as I would have liked I'll admit, it's kinda hard to see what's going on and the bow looks a little rushed (it was) but I'll post some more about it to clear all of that up ^^ (hopefully soon)

I'm currently working on (my own version of) a Steven Universe inspired AU for @linkeduniverse .

Here's what I've come up with for now, it's just some concept art for Four but I like it so here goes nothing.

If you have any idea what the others' gems might be you're more than welcome to leave any kind of suggestion, I haven't figured all of them out yet but I'm getting somewhere ^^
