I haven't made a homestuck post in a bit so I just wanna talk about how much Nepeta as a character makes me a bit sad. All Rouges in Homestuck have problems with romance related to their aspect, with Roxy, as a Rouge of Void, fighting to feel relevant and seen through attempting to be seen as a "fun-loving, hot girl". As well as Rufioh, as a Rouge of Breath, struggling to stay bound in a romantic relationship, cheating on Damara with Horrus and wanting to leave Horrus by the time we're introduced to him. Heart players also struggle with Romance. This is shown with Meulin (who I have made a post about because I love Olive Bloods), who has had a failed relationship with Kurloz and a toxic moirailigence with Horuss. And Dirk, who fails to realize that he only loves his own idea of Jake until going into trickster mode. Nepeta as a Rouge of Heart is a heartbreaking mishmash of both of these traits. Not many people know, but Nepeta uses her shipping wall as a coping mechanism for her feelings of loneliness. Her unreciprocated flushed feelings for Karkat don't help her in the slightest. Although a lot of the ships she has come true, due to the fact that she's a Rouge, she can only give the romantic relationships she craves to others, guiding others to a treasure she cannot possess. Despite this, she's a very upbeat and pawsitive character (pun intended). She holds no negative feelings towards Terezi despite Karkat having a crush on her, in fact, she doesn't hold any negative feelings towards any of the Beta Trolls, including Eridan, who she actually feels sad for after discovering he died. Speaking of Eridan, I would like to point out that both Eridan and Nepeta have a LOT of things in common and unique interactions that not many people talk about. Firstly, both Nepeta and Eridan are the only two Beta Trolls who never got kissed. Along with this, while Eridan's arc revolved around switching sides and wanting to join Jack Noir, resulting in his death, Nepeta's arc revolves around her undying loyalty to her friends, which also results in her death. Also, Eridan is canonically the ONLY troll in Homestuck to have any romantic feelings for Nepeta. Along with this, Nepeta is the only character besides Feferi that Eridan asks to be matesprits with. Small tangent aside, Nepeta's lack of aggression towards the beta trolls is due to the fact that she has the only healthy moirailigence in the entirety of Homestuck. Although she often gets upset at Equius' behavior, she overall enjoys his presence and have a mutually beneficial relationship, with Nepeta calming down Equius' constant inner anger and strength complex and Equius letting Nepeta vent her frustrations to him about her deep feelings of loneliness. Her loyalty to her friends and complex inner turmoil as a Rouge of Heart leads her to have a deep wish to experience a love that will never flee from her. She ends up feeling as though she needs to be loved in order to be whole as a person and although the feelings towards Equius are strictly platonic, it's that loyalty and understanding that leads her to want to save him from Gamzee during Murderstuck.

In the end, Nepeta as a Rouge of Heart is a girl with a simple wish. To find love in order to not feel lonely and even though she doesn't succeed, she still fights to protect those she holds closely and while I believe her arc should've been written WAY BETTER AND KILLING HER OFF WAS SUCH BULLSHIT AND HUSSIE DIDN'T EVEN BRING HER BACK WHEN JOHN GOT THE ABILITY TO DO THAT AND IT MADE ME SO ANGRY!!! She's still one of the most enjoyable characters in all of Homestuck and my personal favorite Beta Troll. *Cough cough* anyway read S33K THE HIGHB100D by @pastabaguette it's beautiful. *Cough cough*

A homestuck as Encanto au because i have too much free time

Karkat as Mirabel, he's the non special one on the family, is the youngest son of Dolorosa and is boyfriend of Dave Strider, a guy from the town.

Aradia as Camilo, she's the middle daughter of Dolorosa and can change her form.

Kanaya as Isabela, she is the older daughter of Dolorosa, has a compromise with Vriska Serket and a dificult relationship with Karkat (not as bad as Isabela and Mirabel, but isn't as good as Karkat and Aradia).

The Dolorosa take Julieta's place, her husband died and she raised alone her children, is the loving mother of Kanaya, Aradia and Karkat and the sister of Horuss and Signless.

Horuss has Pepa's place, he's married to Rufioh and is the father of Terezi, Equius and Tavros and obviously can control the weather with his emotions.

Rufioh is Horuss husband, he take Felix's place and is the cool uncle.

Terezi have Dolores place, she can't see, she's blind but she can hear everything. Terezi was engaged with Dave, but Dave met Karkat and fell in love with him and broke the engaged. Terezi was very happy with that because she love Vriska, but Vriska is engaged with Kanaya and Terezi is very sad about that.

Equius is Luisa, he is super strong and is the middle brother of Terezi and Tavros.

Tavros take's Antonio's place as the innocents little cousin, he can talk to animals and only have one year of difference with Karkat.

Signless (yes, i'll keep his name like this) is Bruno, he's history is the same as Bruno but a little more cruel because of Abuela.

The Condesce as Abuela, she's the encanto keeper and head of the family. She always tries to inferior Karkat and accuses him of stealing Terezi's fiancé, i think she's like the villain from the history.

Vriska is Mariano, we don't have more to say.

Dave is Karkat's boyfriend, and the one that is alway at Karkat's side along the history and will save the miracle with hi's boyfriend and best friend.

Rose is Dave's sister and Kanaya's real love.

John is Dave and Karkat best friend and the one who will save the miracle with them.

I imagine that at first they will fight with their staffs, but then it will turn into a fight, because Philip's mechanical staff will fail and Evelyn's staff will break. Then Evelyn uses her claws.

— Caleb's strife specibus is a pitchfork, yes. It would be better to make a woodcarving knife, but for some reason I feel like it should be a pitchfork.

— Hunter's strife specibus is his fists. In canon he had no magic, he relied on his powers and artificial magic. So in HomestuckAU he'll be a player with Void aspect or something and fight with his fists.

Lusus Evelyn - Flapjack.

Philip's lusus - rewatching the episode with the Collector, when he turned into that scary shadow I thought if Philip from HomestuckAU had a lusus, it would be this monster. (THIS IS EXACTLY GL'BGOLYB). The incarnation and curses of Philip and the Collector in one lusus.

His lusus is supposed to be underwater, but let's just pretend he's behind glass instead of sitting next to it.

I like that Caleb and Hunter seem harmless, while Evelyn and Philip seem dangerous.

Hunter – Gold

In this AU, Belos is still the Emperor, and Hunter is a young psionic and descendant of Caleb (as I said before). Hunter is afraid of Belos and thinks he's creepy, and they have a cold relationship.

The Emperor only keeps Hunter around because Caleb asked him to, that's all.

Hunter is a very weak psionic, but he runs all sorts of errands just by moving around the huge Imperial ship, he's something of a messenger. It's enough to keep him busy while they conquer space. The rest of his time is spent talking with Caleb, studying all sorts of books about strategy and conquest.

Adrian Graye Vernworth – Blue (cobalt or cerulean)

They have a very complicated relationship built on rivalry. It's like each one is trying to be better than the other in EVERYTHING. It's as if they are playing and trying to outplay their opponent. But at the same time, neither of them wants the game to end. There are moments when they have a nice conversation, but not for long, because some argument is sure to break out later.

Darius is always closer to winning because he is calm. Adrian, on the other hand, always loses control of his emotions. Not even his psychic powers help. Sometimes he tries to read Darius's mind in order to trick his way out of something. But to no avail.

~ Adrian would like to reconsider his relationship with Darius, but is too afraid that if he offers to become a matesprit, they will stop communicating.

~ One way to have a quiet time is to go shopping together.

~ Adrian's moiral is Odalia, and Darius's moiral is Alador.

~ Adrian's canon fangs have gotten a little sharper.

~ It is customary for kismesis to bite instead of kissing. So....... They will probably have bites on their necks.

The dynamics of Tavros and Vriska. Nothing new... They have a pretty good relationship, though there are occasional misunderstandings. Usually Alador just gives in to arguments, avoiding conflict. Sometimes Odalia uses her psychic powers to get her right or the actions she wants. Because of situations like this, they balance between love [matesprit] and hate [kismesis].

~ Alador's left horn is broken.

~ Odalia can not only control another's mind, but also distort some memories.

~ Odalia's moiral is Adrian, and Alador's moiral is Darius.

I'll write about Adrian and Darius later.

Caleb ♦ Philip. In this AU they are not brothers, but moirails. Philip is an aggressive sea troll, while Caleb is not. He looks out for him and balances out his temper.

Evelyn ♥ Caleb. Caleb has a girlfriend [matesprit], Evelyn. She has a violent and cheerful disposition, as evidenced by her broken horns. She is always looking for adventures and getting into trouble.

Philip ♠ Evelyn. Philip and Evelyn are constantly fighting for Caleb's attention. Their relationship is close to hatred [kismesis], only they are ready to really kill each other. Caleb prevents their constant quarrels and fights, not even realizing that he is the cause of them. Until a certain point...

Over time, they grow older. All adult trolls must go to unknown space to conquer new planets when they reach a certain age. Caleb, because of his blood color and psi powers, will literally become the engine for the spaceship, Evelyn the common soldier, and Philip the commander of the ship. Needless to say, Caleb and Evelyn don't want to fulfill their assigned roles? They run away. And Philip is fine with everything, except that he doesn't like that his moirail has decided to break off the relationship.

Without support, he was unbearably lonely, so he decided to find both and take Caleb (not without a fight). Now they're on a spaceship together. Caleb isn't exactly the helmsman, there are a lot of other psionics out there besides him, so he's mostly resting. He does more of a job as an advisor and moirail to keep Philip from getting pissed off and doing his duties faithfully.

It's unknown how much time has passed, but probably a lot! Caleb has seen and lived through many of his descendants. It's very sad. Now he is watching another one grow up - Hunter. He is still small, but inquisitive. His psi abilities are weak, virtually useless. But Caleb has begged Philip to keep him on the ship.

It's time for a new crossover.

also, i noticed that everyone seems to agree that sanji’s a knight of heart. universal truth i suppose lol. but i also realized i didn’t include vivi in my straw hat classpects!!! i should be ashamed. i haven’t thought about her classpect at all, but i think witch of breath would be pretty accurate. her whole thing is trying to fix/save her country and freeing it from luffy’s da- i mean crocodile, something like that. i’ll have to revise my classpect chart later, kinda busy rn. but i’ll add yamato and vivi next time!!! yamato’s a straw hat in my heart too

now that i think about it, yk how minks can transform under a full moon? it reminds me of this mechanic in this homestuck d&d book (which is super cool, btw. they have their own discord linked in the doc) i found online! theyre called “moonbarks,” but theyre basically troll werewolves.

i forget theyre not an actual thing in canon cause i use this book so much… if you love d&d and/or roleplaying (…and homestuck), i highly recommend checking it out!

yk what, anon. as a treat ill explain what ive been thinking about earlier

(spoiler warning for up to wci, i think. its hard to remember what lore was revealed when, sorry.)

for the context of this world, devil fruits probably exist. or they can be psionics, but im honestly not sure which route i wanna go. celestial dragons are for sure fuschiabloods, no doubt. the alternian government is just the marines and are led by highbloods. alternia’s hierarchal system fits pretty well into one piece i’d say. the empress would just be imu, but there would be more than one fuschia running around. perhaps the world is a lot more flooded than alternia and theres different islands so the maps pretty similar to the one piece world. thus, its a bit harder for the troll marines to enforce their laws.

gol d roger was a limeblood who forever changed alternian history by telling people of his hidden treasure, the one piece. this led to a huge wave of pirates, and more open opposition against the empress. limebloods such as gol d roger to this day are still being hunted down by the government due to the threat they pose to it. the oppressive nature of the marines is the exact same as the alternian government, so i hope i dont have to explain it too much.

hancock’s been on my mind a lot lately, her tribe as well. i think they’d all be jadebloods that were once cloistered and now live on their own away from alternian authority. hancock and her sisters were enslaved by fuschias at a very young age, eventually escaping and forming their independent tribe. she has a strong distaste for highbloods.

i felt like jade fit very well for hancock as well as her whole tribe considering jadeblood culture. jadebloods are also pretty rare compared to other castes are are almost always born female. cloistered jades are also isolated from the rest of society to focus on their duties, and have much more pacifist views compared to the rest of the world. yada yada i think it fits perfectly. i also think hancock and her sisters would be rainbowdrinkers… that could be why the rest of the kuja tribe worship/respect them. rainbowdrinkers are regarded as myth in alterian culture, but are worshipped/romanticized by cloistered jades like theyre all twilight fans basically

big moms pirates just feel like theyd be a group of juggalos to me? a huge family of purplebloods obsessed with violence and food.

the vinsmokes… oh man. judge was an indigo scientist who strived to create the most cracked goldbloods; living weapons of destruction that can hold in immense power. goldbloods are often used by highbloods to power things such as ships, and are typically regarded as just living batteries. since goldbloods are known for their great psionics, judge wanted to combine their powerful psionics with the strength of a highblood, since highbloods tend to live longer and have more natural physical strength. sora is forced to participate despite her efforts to foil the experiment. since the vinsmoke children are a mix of goldblood and indigoblood dna, their blood is an odd shade of green/teal; because of this, sanji ends up disguising himself as a tealblood. his abilities are not unlocked until much later, but the genetic modifications done to his body explains his fire psionics and unnatural strength. the other vinsmoke children are some of the mutants permitted by law since theyre being used to benefit the alternian government and empress in the long run.

i will probably write more posts but im just trying to get some of my thoughts out while i still remember. please talk to me about this im down to talk about anything. i can also classpect characters and explain why i think that if anyone wants

I would've maybe put Nami as a light player but I love the classpects you gave and would want to read the explanation you mentioned for the straw hats too! overall great work big fan. it's rare to see a lense of homestuck meta applied to things currently and is very reminiscent of the 2010s homestuck boom and I'm here for it

Rogue: Takes and redistributes their aspect or via their aspect

Thief: Takes their aspect or via their aspect

Light: Associated with wealth, fame, luck, knowledge

Life: Associated with positivity, luxury, rebellion, wealth, power

Breath: Associated with freedom, flexibility, and independence

i would’ve given Nami rogue of light, but then I thought about it a little bit because it’s like you think that she would be a light player because it has to do with fortune and money and shit and also knowledge as well as luck and money is very much her thing, and you could also argue that knowledge applies to her knowledge of the places that she goes to in order to make the world map since that’s her goal. but when you take life into consideration… life is related to not only a lack of restrictions, healing, positivity, etc. has to do with luxury and wealth and I think it would fit more. I just thought that since life had to do wealth and luxury so I said rogue of life.

originally i said thief of light; youd think that she would be a thief because you know she’s called the cat burglar (shes an actual thief, duh), but really, the difference between rogues and thieves is that thieves steal for their personal gain and rogues take things and redistribute them elsewhere. i looked at her role in arlong park, for example: she was stealing money from others in order to raise enough berry to buy the freedom of both her hometown and herself. that’s why i’m confident on rogue, but torn between light and life. i also considered rogue of breath because she tries buying freedom with her money (freedom is a breath thing). but when you consider everything, light or life definitely takes the cake. but i guess i’ll say light works just as well because you can also apply it to her applying the knowledge of mapmaking in order to create a world map.

Zoro: Prince of Doom.

Prince: Destroys their aspect or via their aspect

Doom: Associated with order, limitations, pessimism, death, rules, authority

Zoro is constantly training to improve himself. From a young age, he was painfully aware of how awful it is to have something in your life spiral out of your control. To put it simply, he doesn’t want another Kuina to happen again.

And so, he trains.

And trains.

Constantly pushing his limits. Destroying them, even.

And sometimes, it can become borderline self destructive - no, it is destructive. In Thriller Bark, he sacrificed himself just so he could protect Luffy and the rest of his crew. He is so incredibly selfless it pisses Sanji the fuck off. (Who’s winning the sacrifice off, Sanji or Zoro?)

Protecting. That’s his job. His obligation. That’s how it seems to him, at least. I bet he’s terrified of failing to protect someone, just like how he couldn’t protect Kuina all those years ago.

In conclusion, I consider him more of a prince of doom than a knight of doom because of his constant attempts to destroy doom - whether its his own limitations or simply protecting others - to the point where he may destroy himself in the process.

Lord: Controls their aspect or via their aspect

Breath: I already defined it pay attention

Look, I know. Not everyone likes the lord/muse titles because the concept of “master classes” is kinda lame. BUT HEAR ME OUT. I think Luffy is a perfect example of a lord. Especially after Gear 5 came out.

Luffy is a person that always gets his way; which sounds like a toxic trait when you put it that way. But the thing is… what he wants is so incredibly selfless. Throughout the series, he is ALWAYS fighting for freedom for others; and he gets it. He’s freed Nami’s home village, Alabasta, Wano, literally every single fucking arc he is spreading freedom SOMEWHERE. And no matter who stands in his way, they can’t stop him. Whatever he wants, he gets. And we’re all lucky as hell all Luffy wants is food and for his friends to be happy and free.

If you don’t like master classes, then he’s Egbert. Heir of Breath can apply; he inherits the will of D (and also Shanks’ hat), he inherits the powers of fucking Joyboy, the EMBODIMENT of freedom, and he definitely embodies freedom himself. So heir and lord work!

Sanji: Knight of Heart.

Knight: I actually have no idea. I’ve tried defining it before, but it never feels right?

…Apparently they “exploit their aspect or exploit via their aspect,” whatever the hell that means. I just think of them as protectors or people that put on a front to hide something.

Heart: Associated w/ emotions, subjectivity, inequality, identity, empathy, etc.

I’m not gonna lie to you, knights confuse the hell out of me. I’ve heard countless explanations on them and I’m still unsure on a clear solid definition. All I know for sure is that Sanji’s a heart player, 100% This is obvious. He’s a very emotional person, has very concerning issues regarding his identity (Whole Cake Island when I catch you). We don’t talk about the Vinsmokes.

There’s also his chivalry and tendency to sacrifice himself. I also considered calling him a prince of heart just because of how self destructive he is. If Thriller Bark and Whole Cake Island aren’t proof enough, I don’t know what to tell you; this man would kill himself for the sake of someone else in a heartbeat. He is ILL.

I could ramble about this man for hours but I’m simplifying this for everyone else’s sake. Don’t fuck with a man with autism and a dream.

How the hell this man is alive is beyond me. My boy evaded death multiple times. Presumed dead TWICE and he’s still standing. Not only has he rebelled against doom via evading death itself, he’s the chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army; yk, the guys that are rebelling against the marines, the celestial dragons? Rebelling against authority is in his nature, and he’s been doing this all his life, starting with his own family. This gets him in trouble multiple times, yet he SOMEHOW bounces back EVERY TIME. HOW DOES HE DO THIS???

thank you for the OP x homestuck meta lore you're doing God's work. I was really into homestuck in the prime time and I'm watching through one piece now. I especially love the jade kujas and will of d havers being lime. I made my husband upset by saying I want to put you under a microscope and study your brain.

lol thanks?? i got into homestuck years before checking out one piece, so i started the series and immediately tried classpecting characters. even my first thoughts about zosan was “oh my god this is a textbook kismesis” 😭

i was gonna say every person with d in their name is lime, but i wasnt sure. i think itd fit tho! i was just like “oh what if theres too many limes cause of that” lmao. but yeah since limebloods were natural enemies of the empress, then itd make sense because those with the will of d are natural enemies of the celestial dragons

i hyperfixated on EVERY aspect of homestuck, so trollifying and classpecting other characters comes naturally to me. maybe ill make a post explaining why i classpect the straw hats what i gave them when im not as busy. stay tuned chat

yk what, anon. as a treat ill explain what ive been thinking about earlier

(spoiler warning for up to wci, i think. its hard to remember what lore was revealed when, sorry.)

for the context of this world, devil fruits probably exist. or they can be psionics, but im honestly not sure which route i wanna go. celestial dragons are for sure fuschiabloods, no doubt. the alternian government is just the marines and are led by highbloods. alternia’s hierarchal system fits pretty well into one piece i’d say. the empress would just be imu, but there would be more than one fuschia running around. perhaps the world is a lot more flooded than alternia and theres different islands so the maps pretty similar to the one piece world. thus, its a bit harder for the troll marines to enforce their laws.

gol d roger was a limeblood who forever changed alternian history by telling people of his hidden treasure, the one piece. this led to a huge wave of pirates, and more open opposition against the empress. limebloods such as gol d roger to this day are still being hunted down by the government due to the threat they pose to it. the oppressive nature of the marines is the exact same as the alternian government, so i hope i dont have to explain it too much.

hancock’s been on my mind a lot lately, her tribe as well. i think they’d all be jadebloods that were once cloistered and now live on their own away from alternian authority. hancock and her sisters were enslaved by fuschias at a very young age, eventually escaping and forming their independent tribe. she has a strong distaste for highbloods.

i felt like jade fit very well for hancock as well as her whole tribe considering jadeblood culture. jadebloods are also pretty rare compared to other castes are are almost always born female. cloistered jades are also isolated from the rest of society to focus on their duties, and have much more pacifist views compared to the rest of the world. yada yada i think it fits perfectly. i also think hancock and her sisters would be rainbowdrinkers… that could be why the rest of the kuja tribe worship/respect them. rainbowdrinkers are regarded as myth in alterian culture, but are worshipped/romanticized by cloistered jades like theyre all twilight fans basically

big moms pirates just feel like theyd be a group of juggalos to me? a huge family of purplebloods obsessed with violence and food.

the vinsmokes… oh man. judge was an indigo scientist who strived to create the most cracked goldbloods; living weapons of destruction that can hold in immense power. goldbloods are often used by highbloods to power things such as ships, and are typically regarded as just living batteries. since goldbloods are known for their great psionics, judge wanted to combine their powerful psionics with the strength of a highblood, since highbloods tend to live longer and have more natural physical strength. sora is forced to participate despite her efforts to foil the experiment. since the vinsmoke children are a mix of goldblood and indigoblood dna, their blood is an odd shade of green/teal; because of this, sanji ends up disguising himself as a tealblood. his abilities are not unlocked until much later, but the genetic modifications done to his body explains his fire psionics and unnatural strength. the other vinsmoke children are some of the mutants permitted by law since theyre being used to benefit the alternian government and empress in the long run.
