Cool Manga Panel Idea
If you have a dark Manga panel that you wanna make look like this?
Heres a messy tutorial on how to (Ibis paint)
Get a Manga panel you like, the more darkly shaded it is the better
Extract the line drawing, it should appear like this after
Choose a color of your choice and roughly color the areas that are going to be light (i made it that her head was the light source) (I used her offical hair colors for the colors)
Add the background colors on a separate layer, have your lighted area be the spotlight (lighter color)
Together it should look like this. Combine your layers when you are ready
Add Linear Light and see if the colors are to your liking, if not, go back and change whats bothering you.
Add Gaussian blur, I used it 2x
Boom.
