1 spoonful of splenda 0 cal

1 chopped up potatoes ( 127 grams) 100 calories

1 healthy pinch of salt 0 cal

A dash of smoked paprika 0 cal

A few sprays of Pam's cooking spray 0 cal

1 glass of water 16 oz with ice

3 xtremewellness Tommato and basil wraps 50 cal each- 150

1 small gala apple (108 grams) 62 calories

Total for meal - 474 calories ...

This isn't really a recipe, more like a breakfast idea/mealspo, which is a 209 calorie joghurt bowl

I used:

❤️150g of vanilla flavored skyr (123kcal)

❤️Green apple (about 30kcal)

❤️A little bit of vanilla cereal (46kcal)

❤️A dash of cinnamon

Remember that I do NOT promote ana or any other eating disorders, you deserve to eat, you need to eat to survive, I don't encourage you to get yourself into an ED if you don't have one (don't do it. It's not just a diet, it's dangerous), I'm just sharing some of my low calorie recipes/meal ideas to help you and perhaps encourage you to recover because you do deserve to recover, you deserve to be happy and eat without feeling guilty ❤️

I've Seen Someone On Pinterest Make A Broccoli Grilled Cheese And I Was Like "Hey! I Need To Give This

I've seen someone on Pinterest make a broccoli grilled cheese and I was like "Hey! I need to give this a try one day!" And... Well, here it is! ^^

2 slices of bread - 122kcals for me (you can use a different type of bread)

25g of broccoli - 7kcals

(optional)5g of butter - 37kcals

25g of cheese - 79 kcals

(optional) 16g of ketchup - 24kcals

TOTAL(with ketchup) - 269kcals

TOTAL(without butter and ketchup) - 208kcals!!

Cut up your broccoli and mix it in a little bowl with cheese and (optional) some black pepper. Melt your butter on a pan and place your bread on it. After about a minute flip the slices of bread and add you cheese and broccoli mixture. Then pour a little bit of water into the pan and cover it with a lid. After the cheese melts, remove the lid and put both slices together. Cook it for a few more minutes on both sides and then remove it from the pan. Enjoy!! ^^

Have You Ever Tried The Korean Cucumber Salad? A Few Days Ago I've Made It For The First Time And I'm

Have you ever tried the korean cucumber salad? A few days ago I've made it for the first time and I'm currently OBSESSED with it ^^ Today I wanted to at least try to make a proper meal out of it and personally I think it came out great! Here's the recipe:

100g of konjac noodles - 9kcal

127g of cucumber - 18kcal

0.5tsp of soy sauce - 2kcal

1tsp of Gochujang paste - 20kcal

2 cloves of garlic (minced) - 15kcal

0.5tsp of chili pepper powder - 0kcal

0.5tsp of vinegar - 0kcal

(TOTAL: 64 calories!!)

Cut up your cucumber, place it into a bowl, rub it with salt and put in the fridge for 30-60minutes. Then get the cucumber out of the fridge and rince it with water at least 3 times. In a seperate bowl, mix your soy sauce, garlic, chili, Gochujang, vinegar and a little bit of water(the original recipe asked for chili/sesame oil but I replaced it with water) in order to make the sauce. Prepare the noodles according to the package and add it to the cucumber, then pour in your sauce and mix well. Enjoy!!

Well, the fast didn't went as well as I wanted... I ate 350calories. But I have to say, I was forced to eat by my family, so idk I still feel guilty...

I'm invited to a B-Day Party next friday, so maybe I should try not to eat anything till then(would be 5days including friday)

Update

Sooo, well, today I consumed like 37 cals. I know, i'ts not nothing, but it was an energy drink and gum. Guess i'ts okay... especially in fact, that I burnt like 900 cals with martial arts. Good night, hope you also had a good day! ⭐🦋

If not: don't eat!

Today I had 945 calories which is a little too close for comfort for me but at least it's under I suppose. I wish I could make my own dinner so I can control what I eat more😭

For lunch I had an apple and some black tea because I was feeling pretty hungry, which was 50 calories

After school I had a little bowl filled with lettuce, salmon, scrambled eggs and a tiny bit of avocado which was 196 calories

For dinner mum made pasta, leas and crumbed sausages which I ended up having two of, that was 697 calories😭

Today I had 729 calories, I really wanna cut down though because I haven't really lost any weight in the past week😭

For breakfast/lunch dad made me some sausages and eggs and I felt bad so I didn't wanna turn it down😭 it was 353 calories

I had a little meal around 5 because I get hungry around then, it was around 25 calories

For dinner I had what I had yesterday which is some glazed salmon with some leftover creamy potatoes which was 350 calories

Here's my food for the day! I got to make my own dinner so the total calories are only 575

For lunch I had some peanut butter on rice cakes, 175 calories

For dinner I had some leftover creamy potatoes and some glazed salmon I made! There wasn't much here to make a glaze though so I used some malt vinegar, pork bulgogi, sugar and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly tasty but I have no idea how many calories it was, I'm gonna guess like 50, in total for dinner though it was 400 calories

I had such a good day today! I had 750 calories in total which is quite a bit but I worked out today and burnt like 150 calories! I've never really worked out before but I thought I should start if I wanna lose weight

For lunch I had my peanut butter rice cakes and half an apple which was 200 calories

For dinner I had these creamy potato things which was super good and chicken schnitzel, which I think was about 550? Sadly I can't just look up the exact calories for creamy potatoes and I'm too stupid to work them out😭
