after so many years in this fandom I just found out it's a copypasta i had no idea... I'm almost relieved (almost bc for sure there are people who takes it seriously, as you said)
i saw more than few people mention that you need high IQ to truly understand Rick and Morty and I'm always like "???" because do you tho? i have to be honest I'm sure I don't have above average IQ and I understand everything fine. AND to be completely honest if you have any media literacy interpretation skills you get it. of course it's NOT about Pickle Rick and haha Rick is a goofy drunk. show writers spell it out clearly, Rick and Morty as a show is something deeper than that.
I'm obsessed with canon lore and I actually have non Rick OC's from Rick and Morty universe (maybe I'm gonna post them and their lore, I dunno yet) but I have seen so much Rick OC's, it's tempting to join the fun
