Russel ‘Rusty’ Sullivan, pleased to make your acquaintance!

This is Rusty, he’s roughly 96 years old (though he doesn’t look it)! He runs Midnight Fuel, your first and only option for fuel and trail-mix in the middle of nowhere, Florida! It’s been owned by his family (more specifically, just Rusty) for a very long time, and is a staple of the Bitter Springs community (though Rusty isn’t very jazzed to be included in all the warm fuzzies, he’s a bit of a curmudgeon) Rusty here made a slightly monkey’s paw flavored deal with Arthur Warren back in the 50s, and now he has locationally specific immortality. His gas station is as far as he can venture outside of town before Ye Old Stab Wounds reopen

His hobbies include repairing old radios, boxing, and trading possibly cursed and/or magical items under the table.

Meet David Lucien, aka Steve’s (late) boyfriend who is now human jerky (sorry david.) On the bright side, he was kind of a dick though, me and milton’s owner felt bad abt killing him off if he was too nice.

David likes embezzling money, black coffee, and obscure facts about morbid topics. He also hates nicknames, if you call him Dave he won’t actually do anything (that you can prove, anyways) but he will silently seethe about it for a very long time.

new oc time!! Tentatively his first name is Richard but that’s open to change. still needs a last name

He runs a waterpark + owns the only motel in town, hobbies include goofy ties and ancient blood rituals that require human sacrifice. He has a soft spot for his waterpark employees, most of them are broke collage students who need summer work, plus they don’t ask too many questions about the peculiar happenings around his business so he feels a bit bad for them. for ‘some reason’ all his employees tend to be oddly lucky in specific ways.

I’m having feeling about this rewatch.

pro tip; don’t agree to participate in ancient blood rituals to beseech the fae as the symbolic virgin ‘sacrifice’ being performed by two kinda shady dudes in flannel who drive (live in??) an impala unless you know them personally, that’s how you end up developing an iron allergy and night vision. Just let them borrow ur rare books on local folklore and then block their phone numbers.
