The Entire Bad Batch in Bioshock.
Now imma need a story where custody of Omega gets taken from Hunter and she’s sent to the Little Sisters Orphanage, where she stirs up rebellion among the little girls, all the while Hunter is fighting Fontaine Futuristics like a feral animal to get his little girl back (bonus points if he has to literally become a Big Daddy like Mark Maltzer in order to be with Omega in the end, and then the rest of the Batch comes busting in to rescue them both) The Batch are working to rescue Crosshair from Dr. Suchong, where he and Wrecker were used as some of the other mind-control test subjects. Extra extra bonus points if the whole reason the Batch are down there to begin with is because they worked construction and helped build Rapture, only to be discarded in the slums with the rest of the workers after the city was complete.
