Here is Rebecca out on the beach and some how eating an ice cold treat.

The treat is a Strawberry Lime soft ice-cream with hard ice cream on top with flower and leaf jelly with an strawberry pure on the bottom decors with mint leaves and a Hibiscus flower

Tasty tart, inspired by a strawberry rhubarb tart I had from the local vegan restaurant and still dream about to this day. Fell off the face of the earth for a bit (moved across the country and started a new job) but now that I’m settled posts should be more regular.
