How Mu Qing gained a harem in Chaotic Minds - a TGCF Chat Crack Fic
Xie Lian simping over Mu Qing as a woman. As he should tbh
Mu Qing: pretty men like His Highness -
Xie Lian: *neuron activated* he called me pretty!!!!
Hua Cheng kissed Mu Qing. Mainly to save his life but.... huaqing for the win
Nah. Nah I don't gotta explain this. Huaqing for the WIN
Feng Xin stole Mu Qing's first kiss back in Xianle before the whole war started. He holds that over the other two for the rest of their lives.
Xie Lian finally kisses Mu Qing. It took him 800 years but he did it.
One down đ«” two to go. Mandarin Ducks represent marital happiness and fidelity, so in all technicalities, Feng Xin was 'proposing' to Mu Qing âșïž
Xie Lian FINALLY gets to date Mu Qing. He wins in life.
Last and not least, Hua Cheng joins Mu Qing harem.
Now. HuaLian IS in this fic đ«” But. Xianle Quartet is the MAIN SHIP..... because I wanna pamper Mu Qing he deserves the world.
Anyways enjoy.
Some of my personal favorite parts of my Chaotic Minds - A TGCF Chat/Crack Fic
I am a proud multishipper đ§ââïžso what if I ship mulian huh
I don't think I need to explain this one
Hey đ«”I'm Canadian, I'm headcannoing Shi Qingxuan is half Canadian for this fic because yes. Anything goes in fanfiction
I've heard shit about Haunting Adeline.....of all things to shove up a girls pussy you use a GUN?????? đ
And yes, Xie Lian and Qi Rong are friends in this fic, leave me alone.
.... I don't have to explain this đ
All hail Mei Nianqing 𫥠hes a tired old man giving advice to his friends.
I think this explains itself no? Guzi has a lot of uncles in this story with Xianle Quartet being a couple, beefleaf as well, future JunMei, and last but not least QuanYin.
No because would it be fish mpreg or nah. Yin Yu is asking the right questions oh my goodness gracious.
I love CoryxKenshin gang.
So yeah "WhY are they So OoC!" Gang. I just wanna have fun and be silly, so what if they are out of character đ can't I be a silly goose? Quack quack.
Anyways I hope you enjoy!!
Okay, listen. I never read WiPs because I got invested in too many of them before they were discontinued. I have no idea what possessed me to open this one first BUT I AM SO GLAD I DID and you should, too.
This fic takes a somewhat different direction regarding what will happen with Shi Qingxuan after canon, and it's believable and brilliantly executed.
Go on. If you like Beefleaf and slow burn and HELL I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THIS IS GOING TO END but I think it'll be fine because if it isn't I'll cry ... Anyway, if you like those things, then read it.
Check out the 100k+ word, still-in-progress story now!

Xie Lian 817-4âs story is akin to Amazing Spider-man(Andrew Garfield) where he lost his Gwen Stacy and his Uncle Ben. The presence of Mei Nianqingâhis equivalent of uncle benâwas something that he took for granted only until the manâs last breath. Meanwhile, Jun Wu is his father figure who turns out to be a major villain and his Hua Cheng dies in the crossfire of a battle between Xie Lian and Bai Wuxiang.
Hua Cheng 810-4âs backstory is nearly the same, but his âwith great power comes great responsibilityâ moment is from Xie Lian instead, who dies while trying to save civilians in the collapsing city of Shanghai. Heâs only been raised by one person after escaping his abusive home. That person is Yushi Huang, whom he considers as his older sister.
âWho are you?â Hua Cheng demanded in a low voice.
âI donât think you want to know.â The other spiderman replied.
âAs far as Iâm aware, Iâm the only one shooting webs around Shanghai. So who the hell are you? Some kind of knock-off?â Hua Cheng grumbled.
The other man laughed, it was the kind of sound that set off bells in Hua Chengâs brain. Hua Cheng paused at the sound of it, but before he could react, the other spider man sandwiched him between webs and lunged forward.
The man landed skillfully and soundlessly over him. They were inches apart now. Hua Cheng could see the reflection of his own mask in the other manâs concealed eyes. Mechanical whirring was faintly heard as the spidermanâs eyes squinted and widened in rythmn.
âWell, who do you think I am, San Lang?â The man asked, his chest heaving slightly with his breaths. They seemed labored, under pressure and tight at the mere sight of Hua Cheng.
Hua Cheng froze. He grasped Xie Lianâs shoulders.
Grasped was a generous way to put it; that was saying it lightly. No, Hua Cheng he- he practically scrambled to wrap his arms around the manâaround Xie Lian. âGege?â was his only breathless response.
Xie Lian laughed again, muffled behind his mask but it was a sound like no other in Hua Chengâs ears.
Xie Lianâs hands let go of the webs and he stuck his feet to the wall to support himself. He touched their foreheads together as his hands cupped Hua Chengâs face.
âSan Lang,â His shoulders shook, but his voice wasnât as happy or light as it was before. âSan Lang is right. My name is Xie Lian,â the man said, then he pulled away.
Hua Cheng was tempted to reach out and tuck Xie Lian back to his chest, but he had the self-control to keep himself from moving. He just trembled, wordlessly waiting in anticipation.
Xie Lian pat his shoulder. âI was a college student in a prestigious university, and I had a wonderful boyfriend whom I cherished,â He stared into Hua Chengâs eyes, as if the mask wasnât even there. It was piercing in a way Hua Cheng couldnât describe. âbut I was bit by a radioactive spider after an experiment; and I lost my beloved to a villain Iâd considered as my own father.â
Xie Lianâs figure was cast in shadow. It was the dawn and sunlight rose, shining behind him. It made his white suit appear a similar shade to Hua Chengâs dark one. A contrast, but alike.
âNow, I am spiderman from dimension 817-4. Most call me Taizi Dianxia, but my real name,â He placed a hand over Hua Chengâs chest. âis Xie Lian.â

It's finally time to post my piece for the @tgcf-reverse-big-bang this year!!!! This time, I had the pleasure to collab with the @/give2figs (check them out on twitter and ao3!!!). And finally I get to share their awesome fic (that my art inspired aaa!!!!)
Chapter 2: Games
Summary: âNobody really knows who this person could be, or why Lord Crimson Rain is looking for them,â Yu Liling continued, coming close to the pavilion with Xie Lian and Hua Cheng in tow. âThereâs lots of speculation, but my ancestor who travelled to Ghost City heard there from a good source that theyâre a ânoble immortal Taoist.ââ
As people said: no winds, no waves. The only rumours that passed the test of time were those that hid a little bit of truth within. Hua Cheng felt Xie Lianâs eyes on him, but he kept his face schooled and his eyes on the cloth fox.
It took over ten days for Xie Lian and Hua Cheng to walk from the inn where they met with the emperor to the entrance of Mount Tonglu. What happened during that journey? And most importantly, what would've happened if things had gone differently during that journey?
Expect folk stories told by Hua Cheng worshippers, Xie Lian figuring out stuff he could've realised one hundred chapters ago, and a Ghost King simultaneously hating on his child-like appearance and getting the best out of it.
Canon divergence from chapter 143. Contains many spoilers from the book!

Chapter 1: Fever
Summary: In the past few days, by his own initiative, Xie Lian had hugged and carried Hua Cheng more times than he could count. He'd held his hand for hours at a time, he kept squeezing his cheeks and nuzzling his hair. He shared blankets with him every night and made his hair every morning. His attention brought Hua Cheng a level of comfort and reassurance he hadnât even imagined before. Even the smallest gesture of tenderness coming from Xie Lian could push all the rage of the volcano to the far corners of Hua Chengâs mind and make him forget that it was there.
Perhaps that had been the problem. Perhaps Hua Cheng had got too comfortable basking in Xie Lianâs attention, shamelessly taking advantage of his good heart until, due to his carelessness, a wave of the mountainâs evil influence impacted his brain directly, taking him out of commission like a stupid novice.

Hi! I wanted to know if the lyrics for all the songs in withering lotus and rotting waters were written by you? And if you would let me use them someday if they are yours. Not for another written work or anything like that but to use them for a song?
Hello! Yes, all the lyrics are written by me, except for the verse of Queen's "My Fairy King" in Withering Lotus, chapter 7, and the "Song of Yue Boatman" in Rotting Waters, chapter 4.
And yes, you can musicalize them as not-for-profit/non-commercial projects! Preferably as metal songs, but if that's not your genre, it's fine too. If you do it, please send me a link, I'd love listening to them đ€©
Summary: Crimson Rain finds his flower sprouting from a triple layered coffin.
I ruminated how to write my take on "Hua Cheng finds Xie Lian in the coffin" for so long, that I ended up finding all my ideas on other people's fics. Well, all but one, which is this one.
Finished one-shot, rated M. Please mind the tags~
