More Owl House has finally come out so I've finally made a comic again!
I didn't love the ways the last ones looked, so I tried to sylize this a bit more in hopes of making something that looked like a successful attempt at whatever style it was going for.

This started as a vent comic but turned into a whole thing that really helped me work through some feelings of my own- this song applied to Hunter makes me go crazy and I hope it strikes a chord with someone else too.
For me it’s like. Struggling with feeling like you’re broken and you can’t/won’t ever be able to do things normally due to your trauma and having confusing feelings towards people who hurt you yk?

Steve Week Day 2: Bike
I've actually wanted to draw this comic for a while lol and today's theme gave me the perfect reason.

NOT SPOILERS! I started this comic before the leaks even came out, it's just my idea of how their reunion should go :)
I thought it would be neat if the portal opened to Eclipse Lake, since if Philip Wittebane was telling the truth in his diary that's where he first entered the Boiling Isles. If you've seen the trailer you know my Mattholomule design is inaccurate, but it was too late for me to change it (and I still think he deserves a horn). Gus starts on the ground because if you recall, he dove through the portal at the end of Thanks To Them instead of walking like a normal person, bless ❤️

For people who don't know Pokémon, Mewtwo isn't a naturally occurring pokémon, he's a clone! He was created from another pokémon's dna to be used as a weapon---I think Hunter and Vee would would relate.

Hunter and Vee are sobbing. Amity leans in to Luz to whisper, "Are they gonna be alright?" Luz says, "Maybe this was a bad idea.]

The thing is, Eda and King, and then Willow and Gus, and everyone else, they were the first people to really 'get' me... I can't lose them... but I can't lose my mom either..." At this point her eyes are closed and she does not notice the egg begin to wiggle and crack. She says, "Really what I want is just to keep my loved ones safe and feel like there's a place where I belong. The egg cracks loudly and Luz's eyes open wide as she says "HUH!?" The egg wiggles some more, then pops out it's left foot with an interlock on it. Then it's right foot and both stubby arms pop out. The the top cracks open revealing a pointed head. The head unfolds to reveal her palisman is Togepi, a pokémon with an egg body and star shaped head. It happily says "Toh-gi! Toh-gi!" Luz gasps and stars and hearts fill her eyes. She says "Oh my gosh I love you so much!"
Finding Familiarity in the New
This was inspired by the Lilith audio when she mentions a coworker gifted her a delicious bouquet of spiders. It takes place just a few days after arriving in the human realm.

(this takes place after Labyrinth Runners because that's when I first thought of it and I finally got around to drawing it now)

If I don't say anything will she keep holding me? It feels nice." Hunter only says out loud, "Thank you?" Every panel has a white background and green border. End ID.]
