Please for the love of fuck go give the original some love, it made me gasp out loud when I saw it and I was fully ready to beg on my knees to be allowed to paint it.

✨WARNING MAJOR AOT SPOILERS✨

Okay first I wanna address a couple things before I jump right in. This is all my PERSONAL thoughts on how it COULD end, but I’ll be happy with however Isayama ends it. These are just some ideas I’ve had so most of it will be fragments. Also please no hate.

Let’s jump on in

Okay so what I’ve been thinking is what if somehow the group ends up back in the place where Ymir is.

Eren or even Ymir brings them there i don’t know I don’t care just they are there

And like while Mikasa, Armin, Jean and the other adults are arguing with Eren trying to convince him to stop

I want one of the kids, Gabi or Falco. Hell it can be both.

Personally I’d like it to be Gabi.

( and before anyone starts shit about Gabi killing Sasha. Gabi is a twelve year old brainwashed child that saw people she cared about get killed. So she did what most people would do. Got revenge. Y’all really be hating on a child while Eren is committing literal GENOCIDE. )

Anyway back to what I was saying

I want Gabi to talk with Ymir.

Somehow she learns about what really happened with Ymir.

And I want her to talk with Ymir telling her she understands Ymir’s hatred and sadness

Gabi tells her how she felt a similar hate. How for years she hated and cursed her ancestors and the people inside the walls

How she became a warrior so she could inherit the Armored and free her people from their “history”

And how she’s killed some of her own kind because she’s been brainwashed by Marley into thinking she’s of devil blood.

She talks about when she killed Sasha and the pride she felt at the time

And tells her what she learned when she was inside the walls.

About how she felt when Sashas father and Mikasa saved her from being killed. How she learned that the people inside the walls weren’t actually devils and that everything she had been taught was a lie

And the guilt she felt after she learned all this

This is where it gets really iffy

Ymir could have sterilized every Eldian alive right??

So theoretically what’s to stop her from I don’t know....

Taking away the power of the Titans?

So Gabi tells her that she won’t demand or order Ymir to do anything. Gabi says she is not her master and that Ymir is no longer a slave

But that she has a request. That Ymir can choose whether or not she wants to accept this request.

She asks Ymir if she could please stop the rumbling. To please rid the world of the Power of the Titans. To make it so no Eldian, Marleyan, or any other race or creature can ever transform into a Titan again.

And then Ymir smiles at her and nods.

After she’s done it Gabi hugs her and thanks her

And when she pulls back Gabi looks Ymir in the face and says

“Now I think it’s time you finally rest”

And that’s kinda where my train of thought ends

So in conclusion I love Gabi Braun and I don’t think she deserves any of the hate she gets.

“Definition of absurdism

Ymir kept seeking for that purpose, all while she was living her life for others. She realized it was pointless once it led her to an “endless nightmare” as a pure titan. Basically equal to death, if not worse. Upon her faith, she encountered 4 honorary Marleyans in her pure titan form, who we know as Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie and Marcel. When she ate Marcel, Ymir got a second chance in life and she made a promise to herself, to live for none other than herself this time around. But in the end, she was to selfless to do so. She broke her own promise, which she realized. “I have no regrets” but she had one, not being able to marry Historia. Her character was selfless, which she struggled with and denied in the eyes of the people. She felt she owed the life she involuntary took from Marcel, resulting in her making a choice to save Reiner and Bertholdt by returning back the life she “stole”. She knew she didn’t have to, but she couldn’t refuse. Ymir laughed about it, let out a few tears. Is a human worthy of a second chance in life? She lived hers without regret, and she was loved by one, that was enough for her. in the end her character comes full circle with making a choice for the sake of others again, but with the realization that it’s not a mistake. It’s simply who she is. Which is why this time it was done without regrets. “If i Ymir, reject the person i was born as, it’s as good as losing.”

I wanted to add that her dialogue surrounding her arc were so perfectly done. She didn’t complain, she was conscious of her actions. She didn’t explain anything to anyone, her truth was with herself. Didn’t matter if the world thought of her as a selfless one. Which is what she tried teaching Historia, Sasha. She was harsh, but she was truthful. “Do You Always Want To Live Hiding Behind The Mask You Put Up For The Sake Of Others? You're You, And There's Nothing Wrong With That."-Ymir

SnK Crack Theory Week Day 1: Historical Monday

Ymir Fritz, commonly referred to as progenitor of all Titans, is one of the most important characters in SnK. Her actions brought about the story as we know it today. It all started when she came upon “the source of all organic material” and consequently made a deal with the devil, which obtained her the power of the titans. However not much is not about her aside from a short origin story and the fact that she died 13 years after receiving the Founding Titan (this is later named the “Curse of Ymir”). Questions like what did she do in those 13 years before her untimely death, how much of her memories have been seen by the current titan shifters and has anyone actually died from the “Curse of Ymir” have been bothering the fans for ages, and yet  the answer is quite simple.

Ymir Fritz is a lizard.

Now I know what you’re thinking: Bro what? But hear me out.

There are many similarities between the reptiles and Ymir, such as appearance. Lizards have typically long bodies and small faces. And what does she look like, you ask? Well she’s got a pretty slender figure and small face, just as lizards do.

There is however the issue of the lizards’ tail that needs to be addressed, but there is a simple solution to that too. Notice how in all of her pictures she is always shown from the front and never from the back? It’s almost as if she was hiding something. The only picture of her that we have which isn’t from the front is the one above.

See how there is a bit of a bump in her dress right below her back? That is a clear indication that she is indeed hiding her tail underneath her clothing.

To further prove my theory,  the reason why no one knows what she did in those 13 years is because she didn’t do anything. Lizards spend their days sun-bathing on rocks, hunting for food or waiting for it to come their way, meaning she spent her days lounging around and wasting her titan power for hunting dem juicy spiders. Another simple solution to a complicated question is that her death was actually not because of a curse, rather it was from old age.

And in conclusion I present to you photogenic evidence that she is indeed a lizard.

It’s only a matter of time before Isa confirms it himself.
