🔥1000 calorie burning workout🔥

🎀 50 jumping jacks (star jumps) 👑 2 minutes running in place 🌺 15 pushups 👗 2 minutes running in place ✨ 40 squats 👙 1 minute running in place 🍀 25 jumping jacks 💐 1 minute running in place 🍁 10 pushups 🌹 1 minute running in place 🌼 20 squats 🍂 1 minute running in place 🌷 1 minute plank 🍃 1 minute mountain climbers

My go-to workout, especially after binging. I can do this in my room without anyone noticing even when my whole family is in the house.

Doing this twice daily will burn about 3.5 lbs a week, and it only takes around 15 minutes.

🌸 workout plan 🌸

hi there! i know that there are some people on this site who have a dire need of knowing some workouts. this is one that i have made for myself and it definitely has helped me lose weight and stay toned!

100 jumping jacks (if you can’t do 100 in a row, do 50, take a 1 min break, then 50 again)

40 squats

30 russian twists

15 tricep dips

60 high knees

20 mountain climbers

20 lunges

10 side lunges

10 push ups

10 jump squats

20 leg lifts

30 sit ups

80 butt kicks

30 squats

20 hip raises

this workout can burn 500-800 calories depending on how hard you work.

some things i recommend you to do after this workout: 1) hydrate yourself afterwards! 2) rest up for a little when you finish. it can be a tiring workout. 3) i know not everyone with anorexia/bulimia likes to eat but if you can, refuel with fruits, veggies and some dairy/non-dairy milk.

i hope this helps out people who need this!! stay safe! 🌱

I love that, in the ana community, we don’t shit on people’s starting weights.

You started at 250 and therefore were medically obese before you got sick? That’s okay. I’m sorry for your sickness.

You started at 150 and so was only slightly more than healthy and what may have been an attempt to lose a few pounds became a tragic illness? That’s okay. I’m sorry for your sickness.

You started at 130, and was physically healthy beforehand but this is not a healthy option so you’re not anymore? That’s okay. I’m sorry for your sickness.

You started underweight already, but you can’t stop seeing yourself as obese? That’s okay. I’m sorry for your sickness.

We don’t care about people’s starting weights because one pound down on one person brings a smile to a lot of other people’s faces.

Anorexia is a sickness, and it shouldn’t be praised, no matter what. When we congratulate people on losing weight, we’re pushing ourselves to do the same. It’s fucked up and we know it.

But you can get better. And it’ll all be over one day.

Hi there

I’ll tell my story

I’ve been skinny for all my life, really. My legs were thin and I had a damn thigh gap back then. Those were the days. I was 45kg (99lbs)

But when I went to high school, something changed. I bought chips every single day for me and my friends to eat them in 7th grade and literally gained 5-7kg (11-15lbs) in one year. Sure, I was still growing, but I hated it.

A few years later and I still gained weight. I have a friend who weighs only a little less than me and she looks amazing.

I’m 56kg (123lbs) and my uwg is 50kg (110lbs).

It’s not much, but enough for me.
