I made a breakfast/lunch, which only came up to 100cals of broccoli and miso soup. Yes, it is as boring as it sounds, but I forgot how much I do not like miso soup! I’ll probably just eat the broccoli, at least that tastes good

I’ll tell my story

I’ve been skinny for all my life, really. My legs were thin and I had a damn thigh gap back then. Those were the days. I was 45kg (99lbs)

But when I went to high school, something changed. I bought chips every single day for me and my friends to eat them in 7th grade and literally gained 5-7kg (11-15lbs) in one year. Sure, I was still growing, but I hated it.

A few years later and I still gained weight. I have a friend who weighs only a little less than me and she looks amazing.

I’m 56kg (123lbs) and my uwg is 50kg (110lbs).

It’s not much, but enough for me.
