I’m in love with my latest art project for school

Doing another art project for that one class, no clue how long it will take but the combat evolved armor is going to make me combust

The final project for my Spanish class was to make a piñata, and, seeing as the brain rot has fully consumed me, I made my piñata to be the flag of Gondor on the back and the Trees of Valinor, Laurelin and Telperion, on the front.

I am very happy with the results!

The Amazing Digital Circus × Fortnite concept

In terms of skin concepts, I only have Caine for the time being, though if this gets popular enough I'll do the other characters as well. For the purpose of this TADC × Fortnite concept, I've created a custom rarity known as the Glitch Series, this series would bundle in not only TADC but any other potential Glitch Productions entries into Fortnite.

For other locker items, I made bubble the backbling that comes with Caine to reintroduce the concept of pets. I made Caine's harvesting tool his cane while his glider is called All-Seeing Eyes and depicts his blue eyes in a wing-like formation. Caine's contrail is four hands behind the player, three of them have their fingers stationary while the fourth one has it's finger pointing toward wherever the player is facing, this contrail would be named Guiding Hands. While not specific to Caine, I also decided to make a concept for a TADC themed aura, to do this I decided to loosely base it off of Kaufmo's abstracted form, this would be named Abstraction.

I decided to give Caine a banner Icon which depicts his head in all black, I coloured the background for the banner brown just for the purpose of the example. TADC × Fortnite would also come with The Amazing Digital Circus' theme with both the lyric and instrumental versions. The loading screen depicts the main cast of TADC (save for Pomni, Ragatha and Kaufmo) on a stage together with Caine up front.

For the weapon wrap I went with a simple design, red yellow and blue with white spots in random areas, it's not much and that's reflected by the name of Digital Wrap.

Caine's built-in emote would be one that could only be done when both Caine and Bubble are equipped as it's a reenactment of the "YOU PARASITE!!!" scene in the pilot of TADC, the emote itself would be named YOU PARASITE!!!.

Throwback to a couple years ago when i made this cursed masterpiace for a college assignment.

Now it`s the last year of my college and i`m thinking about ressurecting this idea and using it for a full project. Like making the rest of it and turning it into some kind of Zine.

Idk if i will have time or energy to pull this off. I have a few ideas on what articles Frogue could have but still not sure about the theme.

Will it be a parody on fashion & beauty magazines, making fun that industry and pop culture? Or a more cozy goblincore niche zine with articles on types of frogs/moss, guides on how to forage and pin insects and make cute food recepies? Will this idea even see the light of day???

Made this for my coledge assignment. We were supposed to make a fashion magazine cover, but i went my own way :)

I upgraded an old porcelain doll I got at the thrift store a while ago. I made all the clothes and hair. I used old vintage fabric form my great grandma. The hair is made from craft foam!

So I’m working on an art project (music related) about culture crossing/mixing/immigration etc. so far I’ve been thinking about the Koreans in Russia (inspired by the carrot kimchi reel lol), Poles in Brazil (basically people whose ancestors left the country, but preserved the culture so that 150 years later their descendants still speak polish despite not being there at all, sing the songs etc, but also somehow managed to mix 2 cultures). Does anyone have some other ideas?

november nutshell

26/11/22 nonsensical. as of writing this it's 1:18pm, my rooms a mess and i feel gross. this month has been really shit i'm not going to lie but i'll write about it anyways because who knows, it'll probably be a turning point that i'll look back on. there's been friend drama, dropping grades and a confession i stressed over for a year, took slander for and threw my exams away for, that boiled down to absolutely nothing. my efforts and tears meant nothing at all. i guess it's had it's good moments now and then though. like the BBC Share Your Story Tour! that visited my academy which was really unexpected and cool. i feel kind of numb after yesterday to be honest. i don't know what to think anymore. that aside, there's some cool things going on and things to look forward to. in art we're starting an independent project to test how well we work without support, simply being given a list of themes to choose from and interpret however we like. the theme i chose was telling stories. that sends me back to the BBC share your story tour in which the story of BBC Correspondent Navtej Johal really stuck with me. i decided i'll create work based off of not only fairytales and fantasy, fiction and myths, but real stories aswell and hopefully he replies to my email! my final piece for this independent project is what i'm the most stoked for, it'll be a popup book with a handpainted cover. whether it'll tell a story or simply be one spectacular scene i'm not sure yet, but i'm really excited to make something. there's also a trip to london i'll be going to with school! which will be super fun. thinking of all these cool things has really cheered me up, so thank you to the people who read these little posts and like because it makes me want to keep writing these, i'd love to see you in the comments and interact with you more! until next time! The Art Proposal | 2/3

December 1-30, 2022

This was supposed to be a themed trilogy, but I, like always, did not really have a theme in mind. I was kind of going for 'where art and technology/science meet' but it was really shoehorned. This was going to be a beautiful piece symbolizing medicine w elements of the staff of asclepius w the snake and her arm.

Making this was really, really annoying. I hadn't done a multi canvas piece since the cardinal (which was five years prior) so the idea was I go all out for this one (bad idea, never got finished). I did really like the style and the overall composition of the piece, but there's a 0.00001% chance I ever go back to this because of how big of a task it'd be.

First of all, making the wooden frame just to hold the canvases in the right position was terrible. I made the spacing smaller because I didn't want to lose details, but because it was so thin it broke 24/7. Don't even talk to me about the nailing/gluing process.... horrible.

Painting it was also a feat, because it took up so much space and I had to dance around the pieces constantly.

I got it to a place where it was finished enough, and then I was done with it.

(also I changed the position of the legs in the painting to make it more anatomically correct, but it ruined the silhouette)

The canvases still exist in my house, but the frame is long gone.

Gr 9 still life that never got finished.

I remember by teacher was in despair because she gives shitty paper to the gr9s for their still lifes but this was actually good lmao 💀. She offered to like cut it out and put it on good paper but I was good with not doing that 💀💀

I spent so much time on this. Would work on it during lunch breaks in the art room like a loser, and yet it never got finished 😢

Proud of myself for it, though. Would've looked even better if I'd used charcoal for the darkest darks.
