Get used to your 'effortless' look; no makeup, lay clothes, tied hair.

this picture may be a bit misleading lol bc my favorite study snack is actually chips ! it takes some effort for me to eat healthy food 😬 so chips (specifically salty kettle chips) are perfect

um this week went alright. i’m really starting to feel like i need a break, but i don’t think i’ll be getting one anytime soon. my grades are good, but i had a nightmare last night that i had a B haha

It feels very rewarding to go to the bulk store with a bunch of mason jars and fill them up! I’m saving money and waste just by doing this simple thing. Food in mason jars looks way better than a bunch of boxes and bags in my shelf anyways.

Been eating 1200 calories for a couple days now while eating healthier food and I genuinely believe it’s going to work because tbh I was consuming around 2500-3000 calories before so a cut like this has to work.
